From 1-10 I give the service I received a hard 10. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly from the begaining to the time I left. My car was serviced in a timely manner.

Feb 3th 2024 I bought two back Michelin tires from BMW

Feb 3th 2024 I bought two back Michelin tires from BMW Tucson, drove approximately 12,000 miles and 2025 of May 9th, my tires are worn out need a set of new tires. Can’t believe this set of Michelin tires only last me year and 12,000 miles. I think between the dealership and the tire Michelin tire company, I got screwed 😡
