Happy Q3 owner

Originally went to help provide feedback to my mother when she was looking. Personally was an avid Toyota owner, until I fell in love with the Q3 while there. The next thing I knew, I too was buying a car. Isis was wonderful and made the entire car buying process easy and painless. Could not be happier with her quality of service, knowledge, and directness.

Great buying experience!

Rachel and Matt looked all over the nation and even at upcoming factory production to find the specific car we wanted. They were very transparent on purchase price and our “out the door” price was exactly what we agreed to. Delivery was on time and the car was prepared exactly as we had requested. Overall this was a great buying experience!

The service department does an excellent job taking care of our vehicles and is very cognizant of limiting the wait time. Very helpful, professional and they have a quiet and secluded VIP lounge to wait in.

The most professional and helpful dealership, especially the vehicle services department, I have ever used. I really like the fact that they sent you a video of the work being done or required while the vehicle is in the repair shop.

I had a great experience with this car buying. Everyone was friendly from the minute I walked in the door. Danielle was refreshing as a salesperson- not gimmicky or pushy. Negotiations were quick, I felt they were very fair. I highly recommend!

Audi A3

The entire experience at Phil Long Audi was excellent. The car has been great and the dealer was very good at explaining all the features. I would like to thank Vince, Matt, and Chris for the personal instruction on the car. The A3 runs very smoothly and you can park it anywhere because of the size. The luxury features in a small car are very good. Overall a very fine purchase.
