Originally went to help provide feedback to my mother when she was looking. Personally was an avid Toyota owner, until I fell in love with the Q3 while there. The next thing I knew, I too was buying a car. Isis was wonderful and made the entire car buying process easy and painless. Could not be happier with her quality of service, knowledge, and directness.

Rachel and Matt looked all over the nation and even at upcoming factory production to find the specific car we wanted. They were very transparent on purchase price and our “out the door” price was exactly what we agreed to. Delivery was on time and the car was prepared exactly as we had requested. Overall this was a great buying experience!

Check engine light came on , they squeezed me in on a busy Monday and did not charge me!

The service department does an excellent job taking care of our vehicles and is very cognizant of limiting the wait time. Very helpful, professional and they have a quiet and secluded VIP lounge to wait in.

I would like to thank Vince, Matt, and Chris for the personal instruction on the car. The A3 runs very smoothly and you can park it anywhere because of the size. The luxury features in a small car are very good. Overall a very fine purchase.
