Very Pleasant Experience

I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the purchase of my S5 went. I first saw the car I ended up buying about a month ago. My primary salesperson, Isis Garcia, did a great job of keeping in touch and communicating just the right amount without it coming across as pushy. I decided to wait until later in the year to purchase the vehicle but I ended up coming back in early, partly because of the great follow-up. On the day of the purchase, we had some negotiating to do and I found Audi Colorado Springs to be honest and forthcoming. Both Isis and Danielle took great care of us and sent us off happy. Everyone else we dealt with was friendly and professional. I would definitely use this dealer again.

Toyota service center was better

When I pull up to my Toyota dealer (I traded in a 4Runner for my Audi) I am greeted and taken care of I immediately. I saw NO ONE when I pulled up (for an appointment). When I went into the dealership a person was ON THE PHONE and gestured me over to another agent. HE was the highlight of my experience. I was told that my car needed a crack repaired. I HAD TO TELL HIM I had a warranty - they should have had that information. When I purchased my Audi, I was told I would have access to a special, private, room. I was not informed of this. I expect much more from a premium brand. NOT impressed. When I looked around the lot, Rachel Pruitt helped me. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC. I may purchase another Audi but I may go elsewhere for service.

Fantastic experience

Justin was excellent to work with. He setup work to be done with an outside vendor so I didn't have to fool with coordinating logistics for services beyond their typical scope, gave me consistent updates, allowed for a longer term loaner (new Q7). All in all a great experience...and this is consistent with the experience I have had for the 3 years I have been in Colorado Springs. I used to shop around for deals on various repairs, and now I just take it to this team and know I"m in good hands. Kudos!

Phil Long Audi: Customer Oriented

Phil Long Audi puts the customer first, from appointment scheduling to washing the car after the work is completed. Texting videos keep the customer up to speed on the progress of the servicing work . The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Pleasantly Surprised

I have had some mixed experiences with Audi of Colorado Springs in the past, but they have been getting better and better. Brian Dorcey was my service advisor this trip and he is not only polite but he really knows Audi vehicles. There is nothing more frustrating than having someone who knows less than you do about your car trying to tell you about it. I will continue to have my car serviced here.

55K service to my Q7 3.0

I had an appointment, was running late. I called ahead to inform the Service Department. They were responsive. Once I arrived, the staff was very pleasant and professional.
