Excellent Service As Always

I accidentally showed up a day early and they didn?t bat an eyelash. Took my car for its 40,000 mile checkup and while it took a little longer than it usually does, I am so grateful I didn?t have to drive over half an hour home and the back the next day. I was very comfortable doing work in their waiting area. They make it a pleasure.

We worked with Cody and he was very good.

We worked with Cody and he was very good. No high pushy salesman. Just facts. It did help that there were a lot of rebates at the time!😃. Went back for help on usage and he was great help. Thanks Audi for a great car!

I was informed that the Service would take a few hours.

I was informed that the Service would take a few hours. Thus Dan got me a loner Audi so I would be able to run and take care of items in the Springs. He called to let me know they were washing my Q5, so when I got back it was ready. He then went over everything with me. As always I was very happy with the service from Dan and the dealership. I would strongly recommend Dan and the dealership.

I asked them questions about coolant and they didn't try

I asked them questions about coolant and they didn't try to up-sell me. They said everything is good...for life. I asked them about A/C ( because Audi El Paso said it was $1200) and he said it's $300. If we find a leak, then it go higher. I really like the work, the speed of the work, and the lack of oversale.
