I had seen a car listed on cars.

I had seen a car listed on cars.com and checked it on their site also. I recached out to see if it was available and was contacted by Brian and Tom Bartz. They both offered to have me out for a test drive. I wasn't sure when I would make it out at first but then did state mid afternoon on Friday that I would be out on Saturday morning to test drive that truck and was told to ask for Tom. I drove over an hour to test dive this vehicle and when I got there after asking to for Tom and Brian saying he could help me. I sat with Brian and giving him the info on the vehicle and him taking down a bunch of my info was told that truck was derived the night before at 6pm. This tells me the truck had been sold at least a few hours prior if not days before. I was then offered to look at other trucks on the lot but was not interested as I had done a little research and didn't see anything I liked and felt this was a bit of a bait and switch. I did receive an email the following Monday from Mike asking if there was any reason I didn't buy anteing that day and that I am more than just a number to them. I relayed this experience to him and never heard anything back(not even a I will look into this or defending his staff) so that tells me a lot also. I know things change quick and cars move fast but no communication about the sale even after the fact and trying to save face and re-earn my business is proof, we are just a number no matter what.

Surprised to hear a 500 dollar prep fee that's not

Surprised to hear a 500 dollar prep fee that's not included in price! Gave me a weak trade offer for my jeep compass Didn't even come out and look at it.. Good prices but deceiving sales tactics I think.

Bought an SUV about 6 months ago.

Bought an SUV about 6 months ago. Was told car had no major issue and nothing was wrong with it. about 4/5 months later had an engine light come on. Found out all the wiring was messed up and not connected properly. And now the car is not starting and putting up another light about the throttle control warning light comes on. They sell cheap crap cars and cover up issues. Do not buy from them.

Buying a vehicle

We have bought several vehicles from here and have had no problems. Just got a Dodge Journey from them and I love it. I recommend this dealership. They aren't pushy they listen and let you try as many as you want. Very nice place clean and friendly.

Misleading dealership.

Misleading dealership. Website price was not actual price, they tacked a processing fee of $900 onto the advertised price. Definitely will not recomend

Dealer response

We have no idea what you are talking about! We do not have a processing fee!!

Awkward

My fiancés first car buying experience and we chose to stop here first. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed, staff was friendly until we sat down with the salesmen who’s shown on the website. My fiancé asked a question about a small price variation for damage that they didn’t know about and instead of casually saying “No,” he sternly said to find another dealership, multiple times, made it real awkward. It was a shock. I hope others have better experience with them.
