Awkward
My fiancés first car buying experience and we chose to stop here first. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed, staff was friendly until we sat down with the salesmen who’s shown on the website. My fiancé asked a question about a small price variation for damage that they didn’t know about and instead of casually saying “No,” he sternly said to find another dealership, multiple times, made it real awkward. It was a shock. I hope others have better experience with them.

We got a car from crazy cheep cars about 3 months ago bought the 3 year warranty they tell you if you bring it back we don’t charge the 100$ service charge the first week the engine light came on so we took it in to be fixed they told me it was good about 5 minutes down the road the engine light came on so I called them back they said bring it back so I did they told me it’s good again and again on way home it is on so again I called them got transferred to voicemail left message about a week later still no call so I called back about 6am left another voicemail finished work around 3pm no call back so I called them again they was like we will transfer you I was like I already left him message he don’t call me back so they paged him so he said bring it back again this is the 3rd time again he told me it is fixed at this time we had the car about 3 weeks so I said ok now you have had 3 attempts to fix the problem so I have taken off work for you to keep fixing the same problem I can’t keep taking off work so I asked them to take the car back under lemon law they say you have to talk to mangier Steve so I talked to him he try’s to sell us a different car and take everything we put down on the other car and change another down payment I was like no we want to return this car under lemon law so now he tells me he can’t do that I would have to talk to his boss he would have him call me I received call about a week later I call back talk to Steve again he tells me again I’ll have him call you after about a month of calling them and him telling me the same thing I will have the manager call you I call him back and tell them ok we will just have it fixed by now I know they are just giving me the runaround so Steve tells me I will transfer you to the shop witch is connected to the dealer I told him that they don’t answer and wen i leave a message they don’t call me back so he tells me I will tell him to call you I was like ok now we have had the car 3 months still no call from the shop I told them it had a muffler leek in 2 places before the cat converter and at muffler and a bad head gasket because I’m getting the milk color on oil cap this is caused by coolant getting in oil and now muffler broke completely in half and still no call

Greatest car buying experience I’ve ever had!
Was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased several cars, and this has hassle/ haggle free. Sales man Steve was Awesome to work with no pressure like from your normal car dealers. The cars sold them selves , the guys at the shop were great! Taking my son up next month to purchase from.

I tried chat, no response at about 2 pm . I left a message for the service center to get an inspection. No call back as it went to a message recording.

Be cautious
Do not buy from this place, my experience has been terrible. I bought an extended warranty from them, which basically they fix whatever is covered. If I don’t take it to them I have a two hundred dollar deductible. I live an hour and a half away, every time I brought it there for some kind of mainanence or repair, something else ended up happening and I had to bring it back. The last time I took it in, they said that there was a cracked head gasket which is a big job, they kept the car for three days and said it was fixed. I had to get a rental car which is supposed to be reimbursed by the aftermarket insurance. Which most of it was, but they were supposed to send me a refund check for part of the difference and never did. They were supposed to order me a harness part for my brake system, never did. Two different mechanics looked right at the engine and they both confirmed the head gasket was never touched. Every time I have called them back since it goes to voice mail and they have never called me back. They did have good sales people, and good cars for nice deals. But they ripped off the insurance company, and myself and that’s not the way to treat someone who just spent thousands of dollars with them. I will never go back. Also when purchasing the car, this was my first time and I had a co signed who had excellent credit. The salesman said the interest was gonna be below four percent, he came back after running everything and said that it was going to be over five percent. Maybe six, I can’t remember. But luckily the person I was with spoke up about it, because this was my first time buying a car and didn’t really know what to do. The car was also a smoker’s car and still remakes of cigarettes when I test drove and bought it. They gave me smell bombs to put in the car and try and eliminate the smell but it still lingers in there. It took me a while to write about this, but I’m definitely not happy with all of this.

I bought a 2018 GMC Acadia from Ryan at Crazy Cheap Cars and I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. Ryan was very helpful, there to answer all my questions and when I picked up the car Saturday morning I had a time conflict and he had all the paperwork waiting for me, I wasn’t there more than an hour! Great experience, I have already told all my friends!
