We purchased a Sequoia over the weekend, and it was probably the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. I spoke with Miguel through email and a phone call beforehand, and he even went above and beyond and went out in the rain to get a video of the car for me before we made the drive to the dealership. We knew exactly what we wanted, and he did not try to pressure or upsell us or talk us out of what we were looking for. Overall, it was a great experience. We will return to this dealership when we are ready to buy our next truck. Miguel and everyone we spoke with were nice, attentive, and very personable. That makes a huge difference for us: we don't like to go into places that feel uptight. Personalities can sometimes make or break a deal, and in our experience at Pat Lobb, everything worked out very well for us.
