Very good experience. Talked on the phone first and got numbers figured out before I got there. Which was very helpful. Will probably call them back when I'm shopping for a new truck again.

Dan Larson was fantastic! No pressure what so ever. We both have stupid crazy work schedules and never know till last min if or when we can do something. Dan worked it out evertime he never bugged us to come in and sign anything he just gave us there BEST price right away no wheeling and dealing we just don't have time for that. I bet it took us couple months before we could actually get back in to order our truck. And like I said he wasn't calling every 2 days saying o if you sign now we can get you a free shirt ect.ect. I'm not sure if anyone hates negotiating dealers more then me!!!! We are loving this truck so much already I'm already thinking of ordering another one For me here in a couple years. And yes I'll be going back to these guys I don't have time to waste with other dealers and they did everything 110%. Now I hope if we have any kinda issues with this truck there service department will be top knotch also!!!! So see ya in a couple years Dan Larson thanks a bunch! hope you get out camping this year!

The quick lube staff is always professional and as always a great job. Truck drivers like a dream now. Had vibration and bounce issues prior to visit.

Had a parted ordered for my truck. Set up appointment for it to be installed and recall to be done at same time. After dropping off my truck I was called a couple hours later telling me they didn’t have time to complete recall. Don’t schedule me in if you can’t do the job.I don’t have time to keep coming over there so I wasn’t happy.

My daughter dropped off the vehicle on her way to work and she was told that there was no service scheduled. She left it and went to work. I received a call and said the heater switches are installed. I said what about the brake job and John said it's not scheduled. I said it should have been. So they also took care of it and called when it was done. My daughter brought it home after work and she informed me that no service was scheduled. I feel I should have received a call and discussed with me. That's part of great customer service.

I had a great service advisor (James) he fix my problem and handled everything very kindly. Worked with me on the price and fixing my car the right way the first time

The communication throughout the process kept me aware of what repairs were necessary and how long they would take. When our vehicle was ready for pick up and I asked about a credit that I believed existed on our account the service representative applied the discount without further discussion.
