Good description on website

I checked Tenvoorde website for used vehicles and found a Jeep Compass. It was exactly as described and after a test drive we purchased it immediately. George did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the vehicle, answered all our questions and got us on the road without delays. Brad did a wonderful job getting the title ready and financing.

Amazing

I cant say enough good things about my recent purchase at Tenvoorde! My salesman Darin Ennen made sure I got the truck I wanted. Darins customer service skills were fantastic. During our conversations, I mentioned my hometown school was a having a carnival fundraiser. After work Darin brought his family to the carnival to support the youth of my community. Talk about going above and beyond. Thanks again Darin I was truly humbled.

We wanted to swap out 2 vehicles and did just that.

Me and my fiance are expecting a baby and wanted to swap out both our vehicles, we met Darin at tenvoorde and were greeted promptly and tended to right away. He worked with me to get the vehicle i really wanted, and told me if it wouldn't work out he'd find me one that would. My fiance got an older truck fresh on the lot and Darin got him set up with new mirrors right away for it(one was cracked). Extremely friendly and kept in touch to try to make us both happy! Also my 3 yr old won't stop talking about how "the car guy gave him yummy snacks!" :)

This is the first car I have bought and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were friendly and my salesmen, Darin, was very helpful and made sure I drove out with my car that day. Great experience

Friendly people but very expensive.

We had rear breaks put on our Edge awhile ago. One of the calipers was hanging up and made a rubbing sound from the start. However, we were off on a 3 week road trip so we didn't contact Tenvoorde until we returned. I took two weeks to get the car back in for the front brakes to be done. I told them about the bad caliper but they said they didn't find anything wrong. Of course it is still making the rubbing sound on occasion. Yes, they said bring it back if it acts up. But I've got many things to do in life besides spending the better part of a day with a problem that was not my fault. In my opinion if they can't find what the problem is they should replace them. It was VERY expensive to have the rear breaks done! KG.

AWESOME!!!

I love this dealership... We have purchased multiple vehicles from them. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond. Geroge was a great salesman, he made time to go over everything on the car that we wanted to. Kolin in finance makes the process super fun and easy. We LEFT our previous FORD dealership for TENVOORDE FORD, We feel like we are more than a $ sign to them. Will never go anywhere else. Even if you dont want a ford, they will get you want you want!
