So, Wife and I purchased a 2015 Tahoe from Motors Northwest on 04/19 and when we went to leave the check engine light came on. Salesman (Carl) stated they will fix it whatever it is and it was Saturday evening and no open shops to look at it. I filled up the SUV that evening and the gas cap was loose while driving home I thought I smelled gas fumes. I checked the code and it was an emission code and stated possible loose gas cap. I reset the system and erased code. I made contact with Amanda at the dealership and told her would be in Monday to drop off keys and about the check engine light issue. 04/21 monday I returned to Northwest Motors with the rest of my keys to my 2022 trade in I told the salesman what had happened and was told that if it comes back on to let them know. 05/05-05/06 I have been in contact with Motors Northwest regarding check engine light coming back on and told them was coming in to get it looked at and it was the same code so clearly an problem exists and the loose gas cap was not it. 05/06When I pulled in and walked in the door the salesman (Carl) was extremely rude no greeting or anything, when I mentioned about getting the vehicle fixed, he ushered me out quickly. I was pointed and shown where their repair shop was and waited for someone from Motors Northwest to tell me what to do, after all this salesman told me the dealership would take care of it.I waited 15 minutes no salesman. I finally went into repair shop and had to make numerous contacts at Motors Northwest to get vehicle looked at and the repair shop needed authorization to look at and diagnose. I talked with Mechanic and told him about the gas fumes coming inside vehicle and it was the same code as before. Mechanic sent over estimate to fix. Mechanic stated he ran tests and valve not opening which why fumes coming into vehicle. 05/07 I am now being told that Motors Northwest will NOT fix vehicle and not honoring their word, vehicle cannot be driven with the fumes coming inside. In 2 weeks since purchase I have driven a total of 150 total miles so obviously this was an issue before and looks like was hidden in order to sell vehicle

This Customer’s Statement is disappointing. Motors NW has an excellent reputation for not only delivering a completely reconditioned superior pre-owned product but also addressing concerns advantageously when they arise after the purchase. Furthermore, the Armstrongs received a great deal on a wonderful Tahoe that was in superb condition, fully reconditioned, are respected as customers and should have gotten better treatment. First, vehicles break, quite often. Sometimes it takes a long time. Sometimes right away. Secondly, the Armstrongs were offered a comprehensive warranty service contract several times, encouraged to protect their investment, and they declined. Thirdly, they signed many forms warning used vehicle problems and as-is statements. Lastly, surely Carl addressed the check engine light, very sure that he did not say Motors NW ‘will fix whatever it is.’ This is unacceptable. The Armstrongs deserve to be as happy as they were the day they purchased their Tahoe. Complete satisfaction is our goal. Since this incident has come to our attention, Carl has been suspended, and Motors NW has offered to participate in the repair out of good-will. Someone on our management team will reach out to the Armstrongs again.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Dealership! I recently purchased a Volvo S60 AWD from Motors North West, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Here’s why: 1. Price Increase After Interest: I found the car listed at $24,000 on Facebook Marketplace, but after expressing interest and scheduling a test drive, they suddenly increased the price by $1,000. 2. No Negotiation & Rude Behavior: Despite negotiating, they didn’t reduce even a penny and treated us rudely. The manager was particularly unprofessional. 3. Unnecessary Hard Credit Checks: They ran credit checks with multiple banks, resulting in five hard inquiries and a 30-point drop in my credit score. 4. Hidden Costs: Without any extended warranty, the car ended up costing $31,000 after they added extras like LoJack without proper explanation. 5. False Claims About Keys: Before purchase, they claimed the car came with two keys, but after finalizing everything, they said there was only one. When I asked for the second key, they said it was a mistake and blamed the key tag. 6. No Follow-Up or Accountability: After the sale, I followed up multiple times about the second key. They either kept me on hold or ignored me. Eventually, the rude manager told me to pay $700 out of pocket for a replacement key, claiming the dealership isn’t responsible. Their lack of professionalism, misleading practices, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding Motors North West. Trust is essential in such big purchases, and this dealership is far from trustworthy.

1(a). Not true. 1(b). Best price, best condition, best value in a 1,500 mile radius. 1(c). You didn't have to buy it. 2(a). No need for negotiation, best vehicle at the best deal from the start. 2(b). Rude is true, you were asked not to buy it, to go somewhere else. You insisted to keep on trying and buying it. 2(c). You didn't have to buy it. 3(a). They are typically unnecessary. In your case with your credit history, getting a lender to approve your loan was difficult. 3(b). You were very aware and permitted this. 4(a). Nothing at all was hidden. Everything was fully disclosed on multiple documents, clearly spelled out for your review, before you chose to sign them. 4(b). You didn't have to buy it. 5. True, you were offered a second key at a very discounted rate. You declined. 6(a). Many many follow up phone calls. Extremely rude conversations coming from you. 7(b). Many offers made to make it right. All offers declined unless it was free and in King county. Many attempts to explain why this didn't work, to no avail. We strongly recommend, if your confrontational attitude or poor credit is anything like Dheeraj's, to avoid this dealership.

Dealership is scam
The sale man from this dealership is scam I did call and talk to him and ask him the price for the car and after few hours he did email me and said that car price only sale for the local customer if I am not local customer then the price is 2000 more that is joke and scam because I never hear something like this from others dealerships

Our business model makes it difficult sometimes. We offer only the premium selection of inventory at best in market prices. When selling a vehicle like this outside of our ADI sometimes it isn't advantageous for us our our potential customer. Although, $2,000.00 sounds exorbitant, our maximum long distance fee is $860.00. Confused
Bought a 2017 searra gmc month and half ago, I am very disappointed in I have to replace brakes you would think that it would have been looked at .for a dealer that's been around I would think this would have been addressed before I purchased the truck thanks unsatisfied

Horrible experience
Horrible horrible horrible.. they don't tell you ahead of time if a vehicle has issues or not, even though they are aware of these things!!!!! Stay away from this place they just want to scam you out of your money don't believe anything they say.

I recently purchased my 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road from this dealership. The staff as a whole was great and put me at ease. No less than five member of the team made some sort of contact with me during my visit and made me feel extremely comfortable. Best friend award goes out to Bill Bullock. My test drive lasted 45 minutes because we were chatting like school girls. I wish we were neighbors so that we could hang out in our garages drinking beer and talking about our cats. This whole team really is top notch. I left here with a new vehicle feeling like I was very much taken care of. Currently trying to find an excuse to go back and hang out....
