JT and Aaron are some of the hardest working and diligent car guys I've ever run across. They found me exactly what I was looking for and then fought for me with the banks to get the interest rate that I didn't think was possible at a small lot. They may be small but they do things big and they do it right. Awesome selection paired with great customer service equals an experience that everybody deserves when buying a car.

VERY shady dealing practices
I am in my 50s with exceptional credit who came in for a vehicle they advertised for $12.000. Multiple times express to sales and finance person that I wanted to finance for 48 months as I had with past auto loans, paying them off within 36 months or less. Knowing the vehicle price, sales tax, licensing fees ... I knew I would be around $300 a month . This was a subject they seemed fixated on. Filled out normal forms with the last being the loan agreement where they circled the interest rate and monthly payment with a highlighter. Finance agent commenting how pleased I should be with the expected monthly payment amount being reached. In looking over the form thoughthey had the loan duration for 60 months . When I questioned them on this, their responce was "we got you the monthly payment you wanted, what is the problem" I was insulting that they thought I would not realize that 12 additional payments was adding an additional $3,600 to the loan. This had me just walking out. Did a bit of research online regarding auto dealer scam tactics and found that what they had attempted on me is common. Fact was many of the tactics the articals listed as "things to watch out for" just what I experienced with Northwest Motors. So glad I caught onto them befor signing. To top it off, manager runs out after me asking if the problem was with the finance officer stating it was only his second day there and the manager would work with me personally. Problem was I had stopped in a week earlier just to give the vehicle a look over and the finance agent was working then. Essentially a straight out lie by the manager trying to keep a sale from walking away.

Craig thank you for your explanation of your negative review. We apologize for your confusion and our lack of clarification. Sales tax is 10.5% and license fees are getting more exorbitant and these fees get missed many times when taking the math into consideration. We are sorry that your experience turned out less than favorable. We are so proud of our transparency and the way we conduct the entire car buying transaction and this is truly disappointing to us. We have made steps to correct this and to avoid it happening in the future. If there is ever anything that we can assist with automotive related, we will gladly take your call sir.

Great experience
We have had a great buying experience at Motors NW. Low-pressure, completely transparent, great deal. The inventory we looked at was a wide-range to select from. The vehicle that we purchased came with an independent inspection and a service and a warranty. Thanks again motors nw team. we will be back for more.

If something goes wrong, you're on your own.
Terrible. Was hoping it would be a cut above the standard used car lot, but just ended up with high pressure salesmen, sales gimmicks and sleazy tactics. After getting through all that, once my car turned out to be a lemon, the owner wouldn't stand behind it. He "needed to make a profit" on every deal, including if I was to trade in the car that was sold to me needing a $2200 repair. Would rate with 0 stars if possible.

Johnathan, we regret to read this review of yours. Although it is far from accurate, it is unfortunate that you feel this way. Truth be told, there was no pressure, we encouraged you to do your research and you did. When you had a problem, we addressed it. Every time that you called and needed assistance, we obliged. When you wanted a check, your money back, or for us to buy you vehicle back for what you paid including tax and license many many miles and about a year later, we declined. Johnathan, please know, we are still here for you, within reason.
Great Prices
Motors Northwest had exactly the car I wanted at a great price. I sent them the funds and they shipped my car. It is exactly as promised. They apparently price their cars to move fast and it works.

Car Broke Down Three Days After Purchase
I purchased a 2015 Chevy Sonic along with an extended warranty. Three days later my Sonic over heated and broke down. I asked for help paying the deductible on the extended warranty and they refused. They do not stand behind their products. Buyer Beware.

Logan, you're right. Whoever, no matter, no excuses, you talked to should have immediately assisted. This is typically shine. This is, that is the way we want to operate. Not the way that you experienced. You deserve better. You got a great car at a great deal and should be completely satisfied. Poor Company
I would give this company a 0 if I can.. They sales trucks and cars they dont work and they want you to pay for the cost of the repairs even you cant drive it..

Please recall that we did address your concern at no cost to you when you had an issue after you purchased your truck. Additionally, you do have a warranty and we did offer to assist with facilitating the claim upon the second error code.
