Terrance was very friendly and very helpful. I had been looking at a car at another dealer and was getting run around concerning financing. I was able to not only get approved but also gets lower payment than I was expecting!

Kia of Lansing was lovely!
I am an "all the bells and whistles" kind of gal when I purchase a vehicle, and not only did the Kia Soul Exclaim deliver that and more, but so did Kia of Lansing's dealership! I found Kia of Lansing via Cars.com since I could not locate a Kia Soul Exclaim with the whole shebang package in Grand Rapids, so I drove 60+ miles to Lansing. I originally went to the dealership only to view and test drive the difficult to find (due to high demand) Exclaim. KOL's internet team made it easy and welcoming, (and it was great to view the car and its options on the internet ahead of the meeting) and I was met at the dealership door for my appointment, discussed the vehicle, and test drove it. I was trading in my 14 year old Lexus RX SUV and was a little tentative about going to a different model and brand. Mondo and Eric couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with for the whole transaction. I will definitely be going back in the future for an electric vehicle and recommending them to others.

A is for Awesome
How often is buying a used car a really great experience? Yeah, me too. I've bought 6 used cars, and 1 new car, most of them from dealers. At Kia of Lansing I can only say "Mando Orta is The Man". Friendly (not fake), positive, knowledgeable, and walks his talk in all facets of customer service. I strode into the sparkling Kia of Lansing dealership (showing pride in ownership) for my appointment to test drive a Kia Soul, and my salesperson was engaged on a long call with another customer. Mando Orta stepped in. He prepped the car, let me take my time checking it inside, out and under the hood, answered all my questions, and best of all let me test drive on my own. I had done my homework and knew this Kia Certified Used 2012 Soul w. a 6 speed manual transmission and 1.6 L gas-sipping but feisty engine - in Alien Green - was just what I wanted. A little while later I put a deposit on the car, at a fair price - especially since it was on their lot only 6 days - a nice throw in of some Kia accessories, and - they drove the car to me - about 75 miles to my home. Now that is service! Everyone - from Brandi the receptionist to Mando to the finance guy Eric and the manager (who met me at the door when I first walked in and later took my call right away this a.m. to go over the invoice) treated me with courtesy and respect. All the documentation was done perfectly, and the car detailing down to the nearly new tires and shining engine compartment was very impressive. Several other customers at the dealership thought it was new! Another woman resolved right then and there to get her 24 yr old son a 2012 Kia Soul! The volume they're doing at Kia of Lansing means they are getting fresh cars (new and used) on the lot all the time and their sales volume - largest in Michigan for Kia - makes them very price competitive. It "just don't get no better" - check 'em out.

Amazing Expierence!
Jeff made this experience extremely easy and fun for me. I have not made a big purchase like a car in a very long time and he talked me through everything. My daughter leased a car about 4 months ago and highly recommended Jeff. After all the paperwork was done, Jeff took us around and introduced me to all of the staff. Everyone was accommodating and made me feel like I mattered. I work in guest service everyday and it is nice to see that KIA of Lansing cares so much.
