Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience!

Salesman was extremely friendly & helpful. Made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Went into the dealership not knowing what to expect, but I can honestly say that any expectations I could have had would have been met & exceeded. Was overjoyed to leave the same day with my beautiful new car!

Everyone who works there is customer oriented.

I especially like my new Sorento, but the salesman (Kody) was very nice and helpful also, as was the financial guy. (Sorry, I forgot his name)

A great experience

My salesman was friendly and fun to work with. It was a low pressure, no hassle experience. The finance manager was also very friendly. They stayed late to finish the paperwork and I never felt rushed.

Aaron at Kia was awesome!!

Aaron was very personable and helpful. He made us feel comfortable and assured us that he would do everything in his power to get us get the best fit for our needs. We never felt as though he was just trying to make the sale, his intentions were to help us get a car that would accommodate our family. He came across as a good person, which helped us to trust him and his judgement. As a result, we got a vehicle that we are extremely happy with and our faith in car dealerships has been renewed. We are grateful for the experience.

Great experience buying a used car.

My Salesman made me comfortable with buying a used car, that if he didn't like it (the ride and mechanically) he wouldn't sell it to me. That meant a lot to me since I did not have a lot of money to spend.

My Kia experience

My husband and I have never drove a Kia , and have never leased a car. We love our Kia forte. It has exceeded our expectations. Out three sons live in Grand Rapids, holland, and Elgin Illinois so we have driven a lot. We love the feel the great gas mileage and comfort. We felt Carlton did a great job. Still hesitant on the leasing and hoping that turns out to be a great experience for us as well. We have done our oil changes and are very happy with the service dept. we appreciate the appointment reminders and quick service. We would defiantly recommend this dealership and car to our friends and family. Thank you for standing behind your product.

Great Experience!

I have been looking for a mid sized sedan for a few months now. I decided to stop by Kia of Lansing to check out their cars. I was greeted promptly and I told the sales person what I was looking for. He listened to my needs and showed me some cars. Once I drove the Optima I fell in love! The ride was amazing and the standard features seemed to be endless. They gave me a payment I couldn't say no to. Thank you Kia of Lansing...you have a customer for life.

I own a Ford Focus and the Service Department took care of my vehicle like I owned a Kia. Everything was fixed in a timely manner, very professional.

Outstanding Service

Hi my name is Jesse. I used to have blazer and let me tell ya G.M. is crap. Their cars constantly break down and they have millions of recalls and filed bankruptcy. In 2010 I brought my first brand new car kia forte. I fell in love with car. When I purchased it Ben showed me the ropes around KIA. The staff their are very friendly and caring. So then I purchased a 2012 soul and awesome dependable car. Again the staff and Jeff the salesmen was very reasonable and patient with our time. So just recently we traded in our soul and forte for a 2014 sorento and 2013 optima. I have been so impressed with the staff and especially Jeff and Skip to make the deal happend. I have referred 3 people to go their and they have all purchased a vehicle their. They have treated me with respect and care. I will continue my business for a new vehicle and looking to see what will be the next generation. If you have read this I encourage you to check them out. Here is a question for you " How often do you see a KIA broken down on the side of the road?
