one of the worst experiences ever, I was totally deceived

one of the worst experiences ever, I was totally deceived by the staff, along with the GM. They use deceptive practices. I wouldnt want my worst enemy to patronize them.

My name is Mary I went out to the world Hyundai in matterson those people lie told me I don’t need no money down I would drive off today that wasn’t the case the mislead me into believing I was gonna drive off today in a car got approved for loans then said I couldn’t get a car the bank wouldn’t finance the car I have to wait to next so please help me understand why these people in matterson I’ll play with me and be untrustworthy I was out there all day from 2:00 pm until 8:45 still left without a car or suv feeling was hurt I will never believe a car dealshikk ok again worse time ever

This was without a doubt the WORST experience I have had

This was without a doubt the WORST experience I have had at a dealership. The service department was absolutely horrid between not disclosing all the information I needed about the work that was done on my 2024 Hyundai Kona to throwing out my new cabin air filter and putting an old one on that came out of the trash, the service manager said to come back and get taken care of immediately and when we did we waited for close to an hour and leaving dirty fingerprints on the glove box and hood. I would not recommend this service department to anyone and will not be returning.

I referred two people here after getting my car after

I referred two people here after getting my car after being promised a referral fee. Eric and the financing manager promised me and my friend if we were able to help them sell more cars then we’ll receive a fee. My friend and I did just that. They sold two cars to people we know! Who we referred! Eric calls my friend and tell her to come get her money just for her to arrive there and nothing! Even after two weeks has passed, we received nothing. They gave us the run around and continued to lie to us. I’m sure Eric (the salesman) is paid commission of course. So he pretty much used us. Yes you can possibly get a car but if you refer anyone please don’t believe you’ll receive any referral fee like they promise. They don’t stick by their word and uses people. I promise they’ll make it sound so good just to use you for their own good. That’s horrible for business. But this is what car salesman do! Don’t be a fool like we were.

Watch out they over charge and instead of co-signing they

Watch out they over charge and instead of co-signing they trick you when it’s time to sign you are the one purchasing the car paying more than what other Hyundai’s cost. Before purchasing a Hyundai, I would check the prices of the other Hyundai‘s.

this is the worst place to buy a car.

this is the worst place to buy a car. they told me whatever they had to in order for me to go an hour away from home. they told me i was approved and then pressured me to find a cosigner after i finally found one they pressured me into applying for several things that lowered my credit score and then asked for thousands of dollars after i told them that they assured me that i wouldnt have to pay anything down they declined me and i was stranded i had to pay 100 dollars for an uber home
