Kaytlynn was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment she greeted us in the show room to driving off the lot with our car, she made our experience memorable. Thank you Kaytlynn for all you did for our family.

When I got to Schoepp motors I was greeted by Taylor, he was very nice but had two other customers he was dealing with so he handed me over to Ryan. Ryan was not very good at his communication skills and was not giving me the right feel. He was very defensive in his approach and was not very friendly, I did not like his customer service. Ryan was not willing to negotiate pricing with me and did not try hard enough to please his customer. Bryan overheard our conflictive conversation and stepped in to help. When he took over I felt in better care. He was more willing to negotiate pricing with me and tried hard to get me a deal on the car that I wanted. Bryan was very helpful and answered all of my questions. All of my requests were fulfilled by Bryan and His customer service was great I could tell that he wanted his customers leaving the store happy. Bryan generally seemed to enjoy his job of selling cars. If it wasn’t for Bryan stepping in I would have never bought at car from Schoepp Motors.

Kaytlynn did a great job showing us the vehicle and explaining the features. She kept in contact about what we wanted to do for trade in.

Mike pays attention to customers needs and makes the sales process flawless. His easy going personality, outstanding knowledge, and professionalism make him one of a kind!

I would like say that we were sceptical about going to a dealership to purchase a vehical as we have always bought used via private owner. Schoepp had an suv that we seen on their website that was exactly what we were looking for so we had to go and see it. Our salesman was Mike and we were lucky to have him. Not even two hours later we were on our way home with that new suv.
