Bought a 2011 BMW X3 that nick had listed online due to busy schedule and distance bought on his word vehicle was impeccable, arrived with a hole in back bumper, gouged up wheels and several other undisclosed cosmetic issues. I accepted these faults due to the fair price however a week later several mechanical issues showed up despite nick stating the dealer does a thorough inspection. Fault codes for months in the logs cleared by someone and a horrible oil leak into the cabin all reported right after delivery. Nick misrepresented and the dealer has done nothing. Read all reviews of the dealership before buying

Charlie helped get me the price I not only wanted but needed. He held the car for me over the weekend since my car broke down and I need it for work. That really helped since I was kind of set on this particular vehicle. He even filled the tank from empty for me so I could start fresh.
