I am doing this review on my phone which is why it will be shorter than I would want. Bottom line, when my husband, dghtr and I came to Schoepp after 5pm on 3/23, I was shocked to find they were still open AND had a whole row of the Ford vehicle I had just been considering at Madcity Mitsubishi and walked out of the dealership over. We spent over 4 hrs with Madcity and made no deal. In less than an hour with Jake at Schoepp we looked at, talked about, test drove 2 vehicles and got checked for financing approval. Jake and Jeff BOTH stayed late and litterally got us the vehicle we wanted and let us take it home even though when we left I was still on hold with the insurance company. I am 100 percent happy with service from Jake n Jeff! I will always recommend Schoepp.

Buying process went good and they were willing to negotiate. The car was missing a spare key and they worked with me on that also.
