Purchased my 2014 Silverado LTZ in January 2016. Forgot about my free oil change. Went to Schoepp Motors on Tribeca Drive at about 11:00 am this morning and was informed that the free oil change was only good for one year. Saw Dal A. and chatted with him when Doug Schoepp entered office. After talking Doug actually remembered me and the trade we made on the LTZ. Very impressed with Scheopp Motors. When my truck was ready, I met with the Service Writer expecting a bill, and was happily surprised when the balance due was zero! I will be back.

Some people are scared about buying a car just from viewing it online. Maybe people feel pressured, but my experience with Charlie was great. He was confident and passionate about the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable. I saw this vehicle and he contacted me in regards to it. Never felt pressure or obligation even after driving 2.5 hrs to just look at it and eventually purchasing it. I would highly recommend Charlie to any of my friends in family looking for a vehicle. Great personal service . That to me is a excellent buying experience.
