Good communication
I was looking for a certain truck and cars.com showed they had it. I emailed and next day received a phone call as well as an email. I wanted to see pictures and was told they would come the next day. They did and from a personal account to make it more impressive. There was great communication, even though I did not buy anything.

Pictured was a nice used TJ Sahara Jeep and was identified as such. When I called they wanted me to drive from VA shore to NJ stating it was a nice Jeep. Then called back to be honest with me and said that it needs at least $3000 worth of work.

Bad Customer Service!!!
I bought a car on July 5th, on July 6th I went to get gas and the gas cap wasn't working, it was locked. I sat at the gas station for 6 hours in 96 degree heat trying to resolve the challenge. Ultimately I took the risk of driving the car home with no gas in the tank. After contacting Ellas to resolve the issues i was told the car was sold AS IS. The car is currently at auto repair shop. I haven't driven the car after paying thousands of dollars to purchase it.

I was looking at a Jaguar XJS and I made an inquiry and was than informed that it was not running, would've been nice to know in the description

I'm sorry about that, but some times things happen to used cars that are out of our control, the vehicle was running but the fuel pump went bad, and we were waiting for new fuel pump to come in. we are not like most dealerships to tell you a lie just to get you in to our dealership to make a sale, we always are honest with our customers. once again sorry for the inconvenience. Excellent Car and Easy process

no communication
Ellas Auto Outlet had an Acura TL on their web site. They ran a stock photo, stating the car was being repainted. I submitted my contact info. and they said they'd send me photos when it was back on their lot. I've received no photos and no communication from them (2+ weeks).

were sorry about that,we were only painting the front bumper dues to rock chips on the front, we had sent out the vehicle for paint, we don't paint it our selves, the vehicle came in and the paint was not to our satisfaction so we had to send it back to get it repainted. That's reason it took 2 weeks for us to get the pics online and to you. we apologize for the inconvenience.
Good Experience
Chris and staff were great! The lot has A wide selection of used cars and good prices. Chris answered all of my questions and kept his word on a promise! Definitely would recommend to a friend.
