Just got my tax money and got a clean 745 for $7000 cash. Can't get no better then that. If you go there just ask for Chris, cool and honest dude, straight forward with you and he ain't pushy like most sales guys. Al was cool too he's the GM and gives great deals. One thing I wish there was better parking and wish the lot was paved. Anyway I got what I wanted and I'm satisfied.

I love my car and the service I received when I bought my ride, they were help full in all aspects, thank u danika who give me the right direction to get there , and Sammy and chris was great to work with..

I've emailed and called these guys several times for a car advertised on cars. Com and no return call...... With...I have a handful of cash to buy a car...... I guess they really don't care... Don't need with these guys...unprofessional...

bout my car from them, runs and looks great, danika was great with directions, Sammy and chris was great in finding me the car I needed. if you tell them your budget and what your looking for, they will find you the car of your choice.thanks ellas auto outlet you guys are great .

got a my bmw finance through them with no headache Sammy was great, I have the car for 1 month just picked up my tags, had problem with my rim bent cause car slipped the last snow and his the curb and they replaced it for free thank you guys . I would buy again from these guys.

Well the lot was not paved but and the cars did needed to be cleaned, however after a good detailing which was free my car came out looking just like it did in the photos. I would refer my friends there to get a decent car mine has not given me any issues but minor repairs such as tires and windshield wipers. Don't let other people stop you from buying here if you like the price.

I visited Ella's on a Sunday and very much appreciated them even being open but the car I was interested in was not ready to sell..it had a rejection sticker on it for bad tires and breaks.(an old rejection sticker) My concern was that if they know this, why wasn't it corrected. I actually called ahead and made an appointment to see the car. Having been in the auto business for over 30 years( 10 as a sales manager), I was also expecting a follow up call to at least consider or talk over the offer I made. With a little more effort in the area of having at least some of the inventory clean and ready to go, I think these guys have a good thing going---Chris, do some follow up calls--you are losing some commission !...call me--I can show you how !

I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE MY TRUCK IN AND GET A LITTLE NEWER ONE , I DID MY HOMEWORK AND EVEN LOOKED AT THE OTHER REVIEWS ONLINE . BUT I DROVE AN HOUR AND HALF FROM DC TO CHECK OUT THIS PLACE . I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SAMMY , CHRIS AND AL, THEY WORKED WITH ME AND HELPED . PLEASE CHECK THIS PLACE OUT FOR YOUR SELF . THANKS YOU GUYS

i went to look at a car this dealership had and took it to a real mechanic and he told me they put motor honey or lucus or something in the oil and this mechanic told me the only reason why they would do that is to stop the motor from knocking and tapping and then he pulled the stick for the transmission and said the transmission was not very good either the fluid was almost black when it is suppose to be red in color so i took this vehicle back and dropped it off and left the dealership knowing they are scamming people on these cars and trucks they are selling so please please stay away from this dealership and find a car somewhere else or you will end up on the side of the road with a lemon that you just wasted your money on

i went to this dealership seen a bunch of junk this place is a real big joke they have the mechanics working on these cars on the ground and not on a car lift i feel sorry for these guys trying to fix these cars but the lot was packed up so much you could barely get in and out of the lot there is cars blocking the road so when you pull out onto rt 1 you have to hope you do not get slammed into by another car traveling down the road the lot is full of potholes and mud and the cars were missing parts or were being held together by sheetrock screws and duck tape and plastic on windows and cars are not starting and having to be jumped to even test drive them thats just a shame i would never have any kind of problems like that with my dealership if i owned one and nor would i have my cars being in the mud and water i would have the trash cleaned up starting with the employees i did not even see an ase certification for the mechanics so that tells me that this is just a dive of a business and i dont know how they are still in business i dont know if the mechanic is even trust worthy of fixing any of the cars or trucks they have with all of the fluids i seen on the ground someone needs to call the epa on this dealership and turn them in i went to the honda dealership and seen where if they had a spill on the floor they were CLEANING IT up right then and there not just letting it run every where and i seen car parts all over the lot car batterys sitting on the ground car tires just laying around oil spills all over the lot flat tires on cars dry rotten tires on these cars man iam here to say this is a real dump it should be called ellas junk yard instead of car lot iam taking my money else where thanks for wasting my time ellas
