Class Act

Could not be happier with my purchase from BMW of Roxbury. Straight through the entire process, my salesman Nick did everything he could to get me the best price. This is my second BMW but first with Roxbury and after this whole experience, I see no reason to go elsewhere. Their building is beautiful, their inventory is full of different options and their employees couldn't be sweeter. I was greeted by every employee walking throughout the showroom and even thanked by the General Manager for my business. They know how to make car buying a unforgettable experience. I am sure to tell everyone that they are the greatest dealership in the area!

Roxbury BMW don't waste your time

Came here for a pre owned vehicle. Had nick d as my salesman. No respect, classless, did not return calls or respond to calls on his work phone or cell phone and kept changing his price every other day thinking I'd succumb to his tactless ways of negotiating. This dealership obviously from its multiple negative and recurrent reviews proves its tasteless with classless salespeople that don't have a knack for negotiating or selling. Quite surprised knowing it's a really low productivity BMW dealership. Stay away folks.

Thank you Roxbury!!

I had looked at quite a few different dealerships in Jersey when deciding where to purchase my new 5 Series but I wish I would have just gone to BMW of Roxbury from the start! From the moment I walked in, I received nothing but exceptional service. The two receptionists were warm and friendly and found me a salesman within seconds of arriving. My salesmen, Nick went though hoops to find me the perfect car at a price no other BMW dealer I had visited could even compare! I signed the paperwork that night and left with my brand new 535i xdrive just an hour and a half later! From start to finish, this was a once in a life time experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you, BMW of Roxbury!!!

Great experience buying a used car

I was shopping for a used car, and this dealership had something that I was looking for from a trade-in. So I checked over the phone that the car was still available and drove out to check it out. The sales man that greeted me was Gregory Isola. He showed me the vehicle, and was rather knowledgeable about the features even though it was not a BMW. What I liked the most is that he was very straight forward, realistic and easy to talk to, no bullsh&&. Even though their listed price was already reasonable, he was open to negotiating the price further. When it came time to sign the paper work, there was no hidden fees that they haven't told me about ahead of time (unlike some other places that I have visited). Overall, the facility and the staff were nice, I had a relatively stress free experience dealing with them and in the end I was pleased with the deal I got. I would definitely recommend others come here and ask for Greg.

5 STARS TO ROXBURY BMW! ERIK WAS FANTASTIC!!!

I want to start out by saying - this is my fourth BMW. I finally found a sales man that I will continue to purchase my future BMW's from. I purchased my previous three from another dealer in NJ and they always made me feel like they were doing me a favor. From the first conversation with Erik I knew I finally found a salesman that was working for me. Since I live an hour away we had many phone conversations about the car that I was interested in. Not only was I purchasing a car, I was trading in my 2011. I did much research before purchasing my new car and am very happy with the price I received on my new 2015 plus they were fair with the allowance on my trade in. I would highly recommend this dealership and Erik.

Don't Trust This Dealer

I tried purchasing a 128I convertible from Roxbury BMW. Dealership does not return phone calls, quoted me one price after negotiation and then found it on their internet site for $500 less. Also very slow to process paperwork and to close the sale. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Being a business owner, customer service is very important to me. I would never treat my customers the way I was treated. Do not use this dealership!

Outstanding Dealership

I was introduced to this dealership by taking over the lease from a person who bought the car here. 3 years later, when my lease was about to expire, Open Road began calling me to get the vehicle replaced. We had a nice negotiation process that ended with other dealers that were competing for my business, promising me that Open Road would never honor the deal. I was a little worried, the deal seemed to good to be true, but my fears were completely unsubstantiated. They delivered the deal exactly as promised. I will deal with them every time I am in the market for a new BMW. If this review sounds ordinary, I should mention, they are six hours from my house ... each direction.

Poor Reception - Lost my Biz!

You can't get through to talk to Sales at this Dealership. When you do, it's to a "Sales Coordinator" who keeps wasting your time, instead of passing you through to a Sales staff. I moved on to a more WELCOMING Dealership, through their efficient call system. I got my 2015 750xi in Morristown, NJ, a more attentive BMW Dealership, with customer-sensitivity!

Roxbury BMW is the place for a great deal

My salesman, Ramon Guadalupe, worked his magic to get me a great deal on a 2015 5 series for me and an 2015 X3 for my daughter. There are two happy women in my house! Great sales, service and all around excellent dealership.
