I was told that my vehicle would be done by end of day ….

I was told that my vehicle would be done by end of day …. The vehicle had to stay an extra day and was not informed … I was not given alternate transport …. I was provided with a Lyft home …. But I had to pay for a ride back the next day …. While at it the service dept tried to upsell me for items I already had done …. Timing belt spark plugs

I've been in twice and I still have the same issue with my tire. can we just make a claim on the warranty on the tire and replace?

All I can say is Jackson Acura is where you want to

All I can say is Jackson Acura is where you want to purchase your next vehicle. The level of customer service is unmatched. I have been on the hunt for a car for some months now and this was the first and last dealership I stepped foot in. The rest is history. Michael Wiest is incredible! He was extremely helpful and patient with my inquiries and I greatly appreciate his outstanding level of commitment and honesty. Thanks for caring Michael! Broke my windshield getting a repair and tried to say it

Broke my windshield getting a repair and tried to say it was there before! Service department is the worst! Called to speak with management and did not get a call back!

Service was completed promptly.

Service was completed promptly. I was disappointed I wasn't offered loaner car due to recall appointment. As we are a one car family this made things very difficult for us.

I always get great professional service at Jackson Acura.

I always get great professional service at Jackson Acura. Yvonne is wonderful to work with. She lets you know that she is there to work with you any way she can. The service is excellent. The showroom and waiting area are clean and comfortable. I like the coffee and snack area too. This is a great place to bring your car for service. Also, Rodney instructed me on how to setup my phone in my RDX. Many many thanks for your help.

This Acura dealer was fast and efficient.

This Acura dealer was fast and efficient. They completed my inspection and recall within an hour when it was supposed to take 3 hours to do. Also they had a coffee bar, fridge stocked with drinks, and a computer to look at other Acura vehicles.
