Outstanding car, great sales experience

It was fun watching my husband joust with Mike Pastorelli. They clearly enjoyed the time it took to come to an agreement on the 2015 RDX.

Great Experience, No Suprises

Everyone was professional. The team went above and beyond ensuring all our questions were answered, found us an excellent excellent finance rate, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. We experienced "no surprises". Jim Weiss was very patience with us as we walked through the many features of the DMX. The customer service was excellent.

A Victory on Victory Lane!

Patrick Knapp was AWESOME!!! I live in Madison and had been searching diligently for a particular vehicle. He went out of his way to be of service from my initial telephone inquiry so I decided to make the drive to Appleton. Patrick greeted me warmly when I pulled up to the dealership. From the phone call all the way through the time I drove off the lot with my new vehicle....it never felt like he was "selling" me anythng. My experience was a very pleasant one. He was patient, informative, no pressure, friendly & really understands the value and importance of customer service. He also followed up with me after the purchase, which I really appreciated. And I can't forget about Mike in the finance department...he was GREAT throughout the process as well!!! They both made my drive from Madison to Appleton worth the time. My experience at the dealership is one that all customers should have when they make the decision to purchase a vehicle.

Great Service, unclear final sales invoice.

Whenever I have visited, the sales staff, business manager, service advisors, car washers, and well, everyone who is associated with Bergstrom Acura is more pleasant, helpful to a fault, and genuinely interested in my 100% approval of their actions than any other dealership, nay, any other service-oriented business I have ever been, even better than my former employer, Fox Valley Technical College, whose faculty are among the best on the planet. I would be humbled to work at Bersgstrom Acura simply because to do so would mean I have successfully achieved a level of service acumen reached by few. I enjoy my visits to Bergstrom Acura immensely.

I liked the fact that if one sales person got busy with another customer, another sales person took over and they were both great to work with! They went out of their way to accomodate me and I really appreciated that!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales rep.

Friendliness of the sales rep, his knowledge of how the vehicle worked and able to explain it to me. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and friendly.

Great service department

The repair was completed within the time that was estimated. It was nice to access to a loaner car to run some errands while waiting for the repair. It was a nice way to test drive a potential next vehicle.
