Great Service

The repairs that were needed were completed as explained to me by the service rep. The dealership worked with me on an unexpected part replacement that was very helpful and appreciated.

Awesome personal service. Very attentive

Prompt service even though the service dept could not find anything wrong with my door locks as it was not making the noise at the time of service as it was prior to this.

Fantantic experience overall

The staff was most professional at Bergstom Acura. Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to answer all my questions before I made my final decision. Once that was made, things were turned around in an efficient manner, things were explained and the saleman (Michael Okray) went through all the features in the car to make sure I knew exactly how everything worked. The finance person (Brad Erickson) also explained everything very clearly and the entire process was done in a timely manner. When I decided to get the glaze put on the windshield, it was done immediately for me so I wouldn't have to wait. I was impressed with the entire experience. What a great place to buy a car!
