Took my 2017.
Took my 2017. 5 mazda 6 Grand Touring to get service for faulty GPS told the whole part was on back order. I said wow this been on back order since 2020 here it is 2023..he stood there looking stupid over herd another customer ask for the same thing told them it would be a 2hr job. Walked over and so oh guess I didn't have the right skin color for the service 🙄 😒.

BROWNING ROCKS, EVERYBODY IS AWESOME!
there are dealerships, salespeople, techs, parts, service writers, and the backend staff. Then there is BROWNING. No one can compete with Browning Mazda of Cerritos. Each of the groups listed at other dealerships do the job, but the staff at Browning define the job because they are just that good, they are a natural at service! That's just why I will drive over 45 minutes to them (no traffic), instead of going to the dealership 20 minutes away (and that's with traffic). Browning (as Ive said before) does not set the bar, they are the bar. Even if they have a rare bad day, that day is still leaps over anyother dealerships good days.

Excellent Customer Service
I dropped my car for a routine service without an appointment yesterday, and the receptionist was able to accommodate it for me. Derek who handled the paperwork was friendly and efficient. Most surprising of all, the whole service took shorter than it was estimated. I was able to drive off the dealership with a completed car maintenance. I was delighted.
