Fast and informative

Thanks for the fast service at Browning Mazda! Would be nice though if they offered rides to the mall while people wait though but can’t complain about the facility and the comfortable chairs along with the big tv they have in the waiting area.

Solved an intermittent and irritating problem.

Thanks to service advisor Daniel Aguilar and his technical team an engine problem with my 2003 Mazda MPV has been resolved. Occasionally the engine would miss fire at idle with your foot on the brake or in reverse, but not while going forward. As a result the problem could not be tested for until it happened all of the time. However, Daniel was able to make the problem happen, test it and come up with a solution. I really appreciate the extra effort he and his team made to solve this irritating problem.

Quality Service Every Time

I have been having my Mazda automobiles serviced at Browning since I purchased by Mazda Tribute in 2002. I have never been disappointed. The service has always been done correctly the first time. It is important to me that the correct part be installed with the proper tool by a trained technician.

Car purchase

Excellent service. Salesperson Byron very helpful very patient. Dealership willing to deliver the car to me which was important that's my car had been stolen. The young man who delivered the car to me was patient while we worked with my credit union to figure out financial paperwork

Maintenance for our Mazda

We brought our car in for an oil change. We waited about an hour and 15 minutes which isn't too bad. This dealership has a nice lobby area and offers coffee, water, and television.
