My expierence

My experience at Steve Schmitt Chevrolet was great as usual.I went in not expecting to buy a new car but found one I liked but then didn't think I could afford it. The dealership made it happen and I left as a very happy customer with absolutely no pressure felt to buy a car

Excellent

Quick and painless process. Was able to get us out from under our previous vehicle and in to a brand new equinox. Excellent staff and service!

Friendly and comfortable and vehicle was spotless n clean

Helpful and courteous staff, break room with tv and coffee and drinks, bathrooms where clean, the. break room had magazines to read all good. I would gladly refer this business to friends and family

Great service and experience

Leroy was extremely helpful in working through our service issue. He was courteous and made it a smooth process after a collision repair shop couldn’t fix our problem.

Painless

I gave them my concerns about what is going on with the car. They checked it out and got to a conclusion of what was wrong-it wasn’t what I thought the issue was. They did a great job.

Great and thorough service.

Our Impala was due for lube, oil and filter. I decided to have the cooling system checked and flushed also. While doing their multi-point inspection a loose wheel bearing in the right front wheel was found. They completed all of the above and I got the car back the same day. Venessa was great at getting the vehicle back. The next day I had a question regarding a slight noise in the front end. Bob Bollman went for a drive with me and found it was not a serious problem, and did not need to be addressed at this time. I appreciate him taking the extra time to verify this. My wife drives the car most of the time and we wanted to make sure it was reliable and safe. Thanks to the service department for their concern and timely manner in getting the repairs completed.

Great experience

Everyone that I worked with was great. I was able to get a great deal from a bunch of awesome people! The best sales team I have ever bought from. My wife and I both have bought cars from them in the last week and we are telling everyone who to go see if they are looking for a new ride

Wonderful service

I’ve always experienced great service at Steve Schmitt. Fast and friendly and quick service always . I have bought several cars there and have taken my vehicles in for repair .I highly recommend.

Could of done a better job my self

Brought my truck in for transmission flush because I didn’t think it was shifting right. Then I told them to change oil and look at the back up screen. Had to call the service dept at 3 because they didn’t call me like they said they would. they said my truck was done I said did you do a transmission flush and they said o we just looked over it real good I’ll get it in the shop. Finally got that all worked out. The worst of it I go to pay my bill and I had a 15$ off any service and asked them to take that off the bill and they said they could not because it needed to be brought in before it was done. Seems to me you want that before the service so you can still screw the people that bring vehicles in and you think they need to change blinker fluid. I will be changing my own oil and repairs if this is the service and the coupons you send out and perform.
