Best car shopping experience to date

Scott and Blake helped make car shopping stress-free. An experience that I've never found in a dealership's Sales team before. They listened to what I was looking for, took note of comparables that I'd located through online shopping and fairly assessed my trade. Chris, in Finance, then thoroughly explained my financing and warranty options. Couldn't have asked for better!

Timely and professional!!

Service help was awesome and service was fast!! Very friendly!! Would refer future customers to your dealerships!! Have always had Chevies in the past so first time for a Buick!! Leroy in service was great!!

Coating put on truck and camera system error

I bought the coating to add to the truck to help protect the paint, windshield, and interior. Also was having issues with my infotainment system. They got ahold of GM and had an update to do on my screen. Had to leave my truck overnight and had no issues getting a rental vehicle from them. Once they got the update installed I haven't had an issue since.

Excellent customer service. Bob was very friendly from the minute I walked in. Made me feel that I was not just a number. All work was completed in a timely manner.

Amazing

Vince rocked he put together an amazing deal and got me in a new car just for my birthday it was the right car for me and the perfect color too

Hood sensor replacement

Overall service was good but over the last eleven years we have not gotten all our screws, nuts, bolts, valve stems, back. Leroy and Venessa are always friendly, helpful and explain what’s going on.

Awesome

Friendly staff great service. Cannot say enough good things about sales service everyone. Everyone is fantastic. Would not go anywhere else. Look forward to working with everyone again. .

Always great

In for oil change/tire rotate/air. Was offered/prepared quote for body work to consider. Also offered lift to restaurant for lunch, though not needed. Very courteous.

Friendly service.

The service was great. They offer speciality coffees while you wait and send coupons through the mail for nice savings. I would rather have them pick the vehicle up for no extra charge and not have to wait tho.

Excellent service.

Service dept was very professional especially in keeping customer informed while work was being performed The monitor in the service area also lets the customer know what stage of the service process.
