Got an end of month deal on paper at this dealership for a GMC Canyon online, including factory rebates, with an out the door price. I put my deposit in, spent a lot of time to coordinate shipping the vehicle to VA. When it came time for final signatures, they pulled a bait and switch on me by raising the price by thousands. They blamed many things including miscommunication, taxes, rebates but none of them add up numerically. What a waste of time and extremely disappointed since factory rebates are expired now so have an opportunity loss. Very shady dealership.

The part for our tail lamp needed to be ordered, so we were not scheduled for the repair for about a week. However, when the part came in, they made arrangements to get our vehicle fixed the next day. The shop waiting area was clean and coffee/tea was provided for us waiting on repairs.

Only negative I could say about the company and it isn?t really a negative is that they don?t accept my vehicle warranty and other dealerships do and it has been proven to pay out on claims. Other than that the service they offer is great
