We thought BJ was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were trying to purchase. He also helped me obtain a veterans discount which was appreciated.

After committing to purchasing a truck from Laura dealership in Collinsville. We drove down from Meredosia to sign papers and drive it home to find out they had sold the truck I wanted. So they attempted to sell me two other trucks with only half the discount of the one I originally wanted. After a few hours of pressure sales attempts, I finally walked out and drove the 20-30 minutes to Schmitt dealership and pershased the truck I wanted. The value was great compared to the other dealership and Megan was awesome. The only improvement I would recommend is improving the way your inventory is organized to make looking for particular vehicles easier to find. We had trouble finding one particular truck.

My vehicle's transmission went out and I didn't want to keep forking more money into it. I gave B.J. a monthly amount that I could afford in my family budget to purchase a used vehicle and he really went out of his way to find that particular vehicle for me. Financing went well with Vince explaining all options available to me. I won't forget Zac over in the service dept who set me up with B.J. when I told him it may be time for me to look for another vehicle and he has always provided good customer service for my vehicle in the past.
