Wonderful dealing with Gary Heim. Very knowledgable and takes time to explain all features upon arrival and helpful in setting up all choices in menus. I have dealt with Gary in purchasing my last four vehichles. If you have questions he takes time to answer them and follows up later to see if you have additional questions. I received a e email stating my impala was out of factory warranty.. It panicked me so over To the dealer! Orig drove up in front of the sales and showroom one ,of the salesmen there sent be back to service. There I met Mr bob Carr and he asked if I had a appointment for service I told him about a leak I thought I had and the email stating my Impala was out of warranty AND BOB said if you want to wait I WILL WORK YOU RIGHT IN AND GET TO THE END OF THIS.OIl LEAK and if the auto is out of warranty. Impala still has Bumper to Bumper Warranty. And 36,000 miles on drivetrain.. Mr. Carr is a very big credit to your service department. He had me in and out of there and service done and he discussed the warranty with me. He really took very good care of me, Put me at ease. Talked to Todd Cange my Salesman also the next day about mr Carr doing a really good job and to advise mr Carr the oil leak was the old oil filter. I had placed a clean piece of cardboard under the car where the leak was and no more leak overnight. Thank Todd and Bob for there professional help. They would be keepers if they worked for me.
