Todd Cage is excellent to work with as he make an appointment he is on time if you call ahead and tell him what your looking at. He has the vehicle prepared, you don't have to walk all over the lot. It's in front and ready for you to look at. I had my mind as to what I was looking for and it was in front when I got there. The whole buying experience took less than an hour included sign all paperwork. No hassel buying! Best buying experience ever! Service is the best they come and pick up my truck and return it the same day unless it's something major if they don't have it they order it and work you in at your convenience to make the necessary repairs if needed. I can only say great things about the dealership and it's individuals that work there!

We went to Steve Schmitt shopping for a new car for my wife. She opted for the GMC Terrain over similar Ford and Nissan models. A large contributing factor to our decision was the service we received at SS. Our sales rep, Todd Cange, had an excellent knowledge of the product line that made the decision easy. A huge factor that can make or break a deal for me is how the sales person conducts themselves. If I feel pressured or rushed I would just assume walk out than waste more time feeling like I'm being coerced into spending my hard earned dollar. This was not the case at all with Todd. He was very helpful in answering all the questions we had about the vehicle then gave us our space leaving us to make the decision on our own accord.
