My engine light came on when I was in Dubuque. I took the car to Rundes Auto and they fixed the car immediately. I was back on the road in two hours. JOAN Dillon GALENA IL.

Very professional, caring!
I always enjoy taking my car to Runde Auto. They are always friendly, my car gets serviced at the time it was supposed to be serviced, always call me by my first name (which I like very much) and it' a very nice place to sit and wait for my car to be finished! This time Brad wcomed me, and once again, he was very nice, and answered all my questions! I am very satisfied with Runde's, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Wonderful Service Department
Service work was done, as discussed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful! When it was discovered that my car would need to be kept overnight, they immediately offered a loaner car to take home -- and it was a very reliable car.

Car Repair
I called over to Runde Thursday morning right after I got a flat tire. It wasn't just a flat but also my rim was pretty messed up. Runde was very quick to send over a tow truck and got my repair done in 24 hours. It was also great that they dropped my vehicle off at work and I didn't need to find alternate transportation to come and pick up the car. This was very appreciative because I have a very packed schedule. Great job service team!

New Purchase
I recently ordered and purchased a new 2015 Equinox LTZ. I am extremely happy at this time with my selection. There is a difference between ?Customer Satisfaction? and ?Customer Experience? I would have to say that Runde Auto Group has always been outstanding in both of these areas. My husband and I have been satisfied returning customers for a number of years and reasons, whether we choose to "buy" at a certain time or not. I would like to add that our Customer Experience has also been a positive one and has always included the helpfulness and attitude of personnel, follow-up, ease of transaction, appearance and friendliness of staff, signage & locations.
