Runde Pre-Driven

Seat adjuster stopped working, Runde got me in right away since I needed this car to go out of town. Got in got out no issues.

I had a steering issue with my 2013 Corvette. I dealt with Pat Timmerman in the service department and he went out of his way to check into the problem. He did reserch on the problem and explained to me what was causing the issue. He took time to go for a test drive with me, and I feel confident that he is will informed and up to date on the steering issue.

They welcomed me as a long standing customer. Everyone calls me Jim. They took the Traverse on time and performed the work in the time limit they gave me. They also checked a few extra items and advised me on the course of action.

everything done to my specs. was told of additional filter required be fore it was changed. no problems.

I had a flat unexpected On Saturday morning. I was picking up friends for my daughter's birthday party. I was able to get alternate transportation to get them to the party on time and safely. I called Runde and they told me I could bring it in at 10:30 and they would fix it. I brought my Acadia out and they were very busy but took time to explain what the problem was and offered me a loaner so I would be able to go to my daughter's birthday party. I was only asked to bring it back on Monday just replace the gas. They gave me a 2015 Truck it was Awesome! I was able to enjoy the party and everything worked out great.
