Great Service

Runde's picked my car up at my place of employment at 8AM, did the oil change, and returned it before lunch. What a great convienence that is!! I had a question about my car that they had flagged as needing attention so I called and spoke to Brad. He was extremely helpful and explained everything. Very nice group to work with!

Keeping my Equinox in go running order

Basic oil change and a recall repair. Had a cup of coffee. Talked with other customers and watched the news. All took around 45 minutes to an hour.

Worth the Drive

We had been thinking about trading my wife's car since both of our cars were 2006 models. She really liked her light blue Toyota Avalon and if we were going to trade, she wanted another as much like it as possible. On a Monday we took our daughter and grandchildren to the airport in St. Louis to fly home and started out to shop until we knew they had seats since they were flying standby. It had snowed the night before and the roads were still partially covered with snow and ice. When the cars in front of me put on their brakes, I did too and started sliding even though the tire tracks appeared clear. I headed for the shoulder, but a car was parked perpendicular to the flow of traffic and the driver was standing between me and his car talking on his cell phone (he apparently had not had an accident). I tried to go into the ditch but slid sideways into the end of the guardrail. We were not hurt but the car was not drivable. Time to get that newer model! We wanted a 2012 and found it at Runde at an excellent price. There were a couple closer to home, but one had been a rental car and then traded in by a private buyer after only four months; the other had a lot more miles on it for only a few dollars less. After a few emails and phone calls with Chris Kerkel to flesh out the details on the car, Wednesday we drove over 235 miles intending to buy it. The first test drive we noticed what we though might be some problems with the suspension, so Chris had a service technician check it out. He said everything was fine but it was stiff from the temperature hovering around zero in the mid-afternoon, so they lubed the struts to loosen them up a bit. That and/or being in the shop to warm up a bit made a big difference during our second test drive. That coupled with a call to a mechanic at home I trust, Chris' thoroughly professional and no-pressure demeanor throughout, and the absolutely pristine condition of the car convinced us to complete the sale and we are very happy with the car.

Great car and truck dealership

I've taken owenership of at least ten cars or trucks over the last twenty years and would not choose any other dealership but Rundes.Service is great ,Repairs great .Never any broblems. Mark Fleege is the man I go to. One of your best sales reps. I recommend his name to any one interested in buying a car or truck.

Great Service

The reasons I bought my 2015 from your dealership are three-fold. First, Jake Meyer treated us with respect and didn't try to sell us a car we didn't want and he found the exact car through dealer network. Second, we feel we received a fair price. Not a great price, but we know you have to make a certain amount on every trade. Third, and most importantly is Casey in service. We had a technician's nightmare with our 2010 and he went above and beyond to help us and it took several appointments to correct the problem. He also helped with my Siverado that too had some unusual problems. My experience has been Great Service, fair price, and no selling games. Dean Butler

Best place to buy a vehicle

My experience was absolutely awesome. From the finance department to the sales everybody and everyone did an excellent job. I highly recommend Runde Chevrolet to others. Runde is like a snickers cause it truly satisfies. I will be going back to get different parts put onto my truck!!

Prompt service, picked up my vehicle from my office and brought back by time promised ! Perfect! Thank you !! very friendly phone call for scheduling of appointment - too.
