Runde Pre-Driven

The pick-up service offered is very helpful! It's why we bought our vehicles at Runde's. I called at 7 AM that my car had stalled on the way to work, they came and got it that morning, and the problem was fixed the same day.

They stated the work that was going to be done, that it would be done in a certain period of time, and it was done when promised - and done to complete satisfaction.

Jake helped me tremendously when I was looking for a car. I thought I wanted to get a used car but after running the numbers and what a new car had to offer, it was obvious. He was patient , understanding, and wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Have dealt with Runde for 25 years and referred several people. I travel 175 miles to do business with them and have always been satisfied, My referrals have been pleased also.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and the help is always welcome and I'm never made to feel that I'm a bather.

The service at Runde is excellent. In fact, I drive from Fox Lake to have service work done on my vehicle. The service staff goes above and beyond to keep appointment times and keep you informed on what's going on. I was also immediately offered a rental, if I needed one. At Runde you aren't just another number sitting in the waiting room.

We were very happy with our salesman. Dave was very helpful and knew all the answers to our questions about our new Equinox.

I trust Runde's which is probably the best compliment/ranking one could give. I feel they are honest about needed repairs and any issues/repairs have been handled fairly and with a genuine sense of "providing service." I can't comment on facilities, they pick up my car at my office for repairs - great addition to their service. Thanks

This was the smoothest automobile purchase I've made and I have purchased over three dozen new vehicles to date. Many of them have been through Runde. Their service department is by far the best I have found.
