I used to buy from Wayne, but Wayne retired and introduced me to Tim Meyer. Tim is very friendly and down to earth. He makes the buying process go very smooth. He listens to what I want in a vehicle and goes out of his way to find the right one. I have since bought two vehichles from Tim and will continue to go to him for my vehicle purchases. Wayne even requested that he deliver one to me in Fox Lake. It's that kind of atmosphere that keeps me going back to Runde.

Terrible Customer Service and Buying Process
We bought a Traverse from the Manchester, IA dealership. The car was supposed to be GM certified and now 6 days after we purchased it we still do not have the GM certification paperwork. The form that includes the 172 point inspection wasn't even filled out! We highly doubt that the inspection was even done since several items are missing or need replacement. Our saleswoman has been very unfriendly and unwilling to help us. Several phone calls haven't been returned and we keep getting handing off to the next guy. Bottom line, their customer service is terrible and we would never ever recommend buying from them.

We have been in touch with Jason and we believe he is completely satisfied with everything now. When he purchased the vehicle from our Hazel Green location, there were some things that were overlooked, we dropped the ball a bit and we have apologized for this. We have since mailed him the correct paperwork regarding the inspection and certification and we also have ordered some items that were missing from his vehicle at the time of the purchase (a replacement floor mat and missing headphones for the Traverse's DVD system.

Pleased with the Runde Experience

A phone call in the morning of July 29 and we walked out of Runde Auto Group in East Dubuque that evening with a 2013 Chevy Malibu 2LT. For the past several years, we have dealt with Tim Runde. He is always willing to take time for us when we call. Outstanding service from a company and from an individual who are sincere about customer service and customer satisfaction.

Good service
Salesman was nice and courteous. Truck didn't come with floor mats, I suppose they were misplaced. We were able to come to an agreement on weather tec mats which is nice. Vehicle did have a dent in rocker panel, not able to fix it they said due to it being in a hard to fix location. Had a good experience there.

2014 Chevrolet Impala
I had been to several dealerships prior to Runde and not one salesperson came out to assist me. At Runde I was greeted politely and had all my questions answered in a timely manner. After purchasing my vehicle, the salesperson took the time to go through all the features of the car with me. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely deal with them again in the future!
