Loyal Customer
This is the third car my family has purchased for Autos of Dallas. They make it so easy and because there's no haggling, you get the best price without having to fight for it. I was on a tight time frame and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Frankie W. took excellent care of me; he was patient and not satisfied until I had exactly what I wanted. I took my car to a mechanic to have it checked out before I bought it and they said I needed a new battery. I did have to push for this, but they didn't disappoint me!

SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, & ENERGY BY AVOIDING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I am baffled by the sleazy & disrespectful treatment I received. Car salesmen like these are responsible for the bad name given throughout the industry. Within 24 hours of making initial contact with the sales man I was moving forward with my purchase and had already been aproved. All that was left was to sign the contract. Early on their were some red flags as far as communication goes and some inconsistencies in payment pricing. I was then told that I HAD TO purchase the extended warranty. When I expressed I was uncomfortable with being forced into this & asked if I could see the price breakdown as well as the approval from the bank I was literally denied my request & told “take it or leave it”. Because I had received text from multiple numbers I was unsure who was behind that message. When I inquired I was ignored. What carsalesmen doesn’t want to sell car?? Probably dodged a bullet there, no telling what else that sleaze bag tacking on to my purchase.

Very uninformative and uncooperative
You better know what you’re buying when you go there and your taking a chance at the price because if there’s any change hours after purchasing they will not work with you. The wait time for Financing is very long and they won’t give you detail Until after purchasing. Also check your fuel. They gave me mine with a quarter tank of gas. Very unprofessional there and don’t Let the manager fool you. You’re on your own and taking a chance purchasing there

SLASHED seatbelts
BEWARE! We were sold a vehicle with SLASHED seatbelts. We are a military family and had to relocate to Corpus Christi due to unexpected orders. We needed a vehicle as soon as possible and saw a good looking used 2018 Jeep on their website. We spoke to a salesman, Graham, and were assured that the vehicle was in great condition. No damages. No bad reports. We trusted him with this big decision considering we had to purchase it remotely. The vehicle was delivered to our home, but when I inspected it, I realized that the backseats did not fold down. Now, we were not told about the seat’s damages during the process of purchase, leading me to believe that it was inadequately inspected before being sold to us OR they knew and withheld that information. We took the vehicle to a local auto shop where they discovered that the seatbelts were SLASHED and tied to the back seat, damaging its integrity. Curious as to how this was legally sold to us because vehicles are supposed to pass state inspection before sale. Yet, here we are with slashed back seatbelts. Imagine if we had passengers and got into a car accident and had those faulty seatbelts. We have contacted this dealership for TWO MONTHS and they are not willing to pay for the replacement. Instead, they offer to mail us a used part from another vehicle and insist that we cover the cost of labor for installation. Alternatively, they suggested we drive the 7 HOURS to Dallas, and they’ll replace it there instead. Now, during a global pandemic, is that really a safe suggestion? Does our time not matter, especially when they’re at fault and sold us a damaged vehicle? We just moved here after being stationed in Japan for 2 years. The last thing we need is to drive across the state, begging for something to be fixed that we already paid for. My advice, if you’re a military family like us, or are purchasing a vehicle remotely, STAY AWAY and find a dealership closer to your home where you will be taken care of.
