the saleman told us the internet price but when we got to the finance guy,he stated 1000 more than the internet price.to ansewer would i recommend this dealer maybe but just watch yourself finance guy talks to much,double talk

Puzzled

It is now three weeks since the purchase and I am experiencing many of the issues raised in the reviews I have read. I was told that a navigation DVD was ordered for the 2008 SL550 I purchased. After two visits, no one can give me a cohesive explanation as to why I still can't get the disk. If I am lucky, I will learn that my title is finally received soon. While the salesman seems to be a nice enough guy, it almost appears that there is not much that he can do.

infiniti

HEllo felow friends and car finders. I bought an infiniti from alm and i had some mino issues with it. Some was on the "we Owe" and some was not. I had talked to the service manager Danny and we car my car in and he had my car fixed in no time. Thanks alm

Purchased a Nissan Maxima 08

Luxury...NO!!!! Cars from Hurricane Katrina...YES!!! I purchased my car February 12 and it has been the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend my dead best friend. They don't honor the we owe, returned my car 2 days after purchase only for them to replace the engine. Everything I was told has yet to be honored. People pray before you choose this dealership cause I didn't and jumped for the first thing and now wish I would have never purchased it. Cash the owner is just about that and Cade the manager is just there. The service manager has been changed over 5 times since my purchase. I hate this untrustworthy dealership...and my list can go on and on

This Customer had a problem with their car after several months and and the car was out of warranty. We replaced the engine as a courtesy to the customer and went over and above what was required to try and make them happy

Great place to buy

I love my experience with ALM My sales rep was Brian wakefield and he was awesome he was very patient and listen to you needs an do not pressure to buy . I love my car and I feel real good about my experience.

Didn't get a good vibe!

First while perusing online I will say the vehicles are top notch and second to none. I called about a vehicle but had my financing approved outside of ALM. The salesperson that answered the phone was very adamant about me getting the financing from ALM. Can not say that I believe this person was in tune to the customer. So I did not go in as a result. Not trashing the dealership at all but the salesperson was borderline rude and pushy.

BMW 335I Conv

The hardest job with my car search was finding a used BMW 335I Conv with Red Leather and M Sports Package. I called ALM in Roswell becasue they had one just arrived. I got Tony Brooks on the phone. I confirmed a appointment to preview the car. I was late and called Tony, told him that I was on my way. Tony was fine with that and stated to me that he would have the car ready once you arrive. Everyone agenda is different. I new what I wanted and I told Tony that. I was just undecided about a trade of my current car. We looked at both options. Tony was a no pressure saleman and we both worked together with my options. I am a real estate agent and know what is like to be in sales. I knew Tony was the right person for me as I saw his #1 saleman so far this month and he was confident enough to ask for his rating. Five Stars Tony Brooks!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! ALM WILL USE AFTER MARKET PARTS IN YOUR VEHICLE. HOW CAN YOU PART AFTER MARKET PARTS IN A LEXUS? ANY WORK THAT ALM DOES ON YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE OR DURING YOUR SALE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RECEIT. WHY? BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HORRIFIC WORK THEY DO ON YOUR CAR. I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO LEXUS TO GET BRAKE ISSUE RESOLVED. OH AND CRAIG, THE "SERVICE MANAGER," THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AS A MANAGER YOU NEVER TELL THE CUSTOMER, "TOUGH LUCK, YOU DEAL WITH IT!" CUSTOMERS DO YOUR DILIGENCE WHEN DEALING WITH ALM AND HOPE YOU DONT HAVE ANY SERVICE ISSUES WITH YOUR VEHICLE. VEHICLE WAS EASY TO PURCHASE BUT SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER!!!

Great staff

The finance manager was great. I am a mortgage loan officer so I understand the process of financing very well. He did an excellent job and did not allow each bank to pull my credit separately - he pulled it once and sent it to them so as not to damage my score. Each pull above three within a 30 day period does lower your score with each pull. The salesman, Joe Frost, was great to work with. He did not push or rush me at all and was willing to let me look and test drive as many autos as I wanted even though it was raining hard and nonstop the day I went in. I left in my new E-class a few hours after arriving and have recommended this dealership to friends and coworkers.
