Awesome dealership with great buying experience
My salesman Sunny T you could not ask for a better person to deal with on the purchase of my 2012 BMW 335I. He made my transaction go very smooth and financing working with King Eugene was also awesome! I've never had such a pleasant car-buying experience
This is the first time I've bought from ALM. I've always bought from either a dealer or a private seller. Well, I'm so glad I stumbled on these guys. I had done my research and their prices couldn't be beat. And they were fair and decent to deal with both before and after the sale. My sales agent was Theo Dasher. He's the reason I'll be back. He was patient, knowledgeable, low pressure, thorough, kind and decent. He was a class act all around. With ALM, you won't have to dread the used car buying experience. All of my future car buying experiences will START at ALM. (Ok, so I guess I do have just one complaint: The music in the showroom was too loud. Tone it down for an even better customer experience. That's a minor detail in the scheme of things.)

Online pre purchase....
I saw a vehicle I've been interested in at this location over a week ago. I am flying in to pick up the vehicle this weekend. All efforts between communication has been made. MAC (sales gentleman) has been availabile and as honest as possible. Thus far I am pleased with the sale. I will repost upon completion of the transaction to clarify and verify the listing, dealership and overall process. 5 stars so far. MAC made my first online purchase feel at ease.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. I drove 3 hours for the car I wanted and Mack an Theo worked really hard and I drove off the lot the same day. Thanks guys !

Nice people, GREAT selection and prices and financing!!
I first looked online and noticed that their prices were several thousand dollars below everybody else's comparable cars. They had a huge selection of the kind of car we were interested in. Their reviews were great. I knew I had to check them out!! Will, the salesman, was patient and not pushy, at all!!! Mack, (his supervisor), actually brought us lunch at lunch time!! (We didn't ask for this). Ray, (in finance) got us cheaper financing than we could get at our own credit union!! WOW!!! I AM impressed!!! I will be looking them up again for my next car!! Thanks guys!!!!!!

I reached out to Sunny over internet/email before meeting him in person at Atlanta, GA ( I am 3 hour drive away from this dealer). He is a very knowledge person and overall the experience was pleasant in the dealings and the purchase process of the vehicle. He spent considerable time in explaining the terms and underlying terms. He also addressed all the concerns and issue we brought to his notice before the final transaction. I would highly recommend Sunny !

Outstanding Customer service
Sunny in sales and Kelepha in finance was outstanding. I love how they was dedicated to my needs in purchasing my car from them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I will be doing business with them in the future for my next car purchase. I really enjoyed this car buying experience. They made it real easy for me. As a customer, that's all you ask for. Hung up the phone on me!
After almost a week of no response from a salesman (Chris) I was working with over the phone, I called back a third time to merely request my credit report the dealership ran. The gentleman who answered the phone, kindly educated me that it was illegal to make copies and email reports. He apologized for the other salesman who wasn't returning my phone calls, and I responded "its ok, you've just lost a sale." He responded "Now you're being disrespectful" and he hung up the phone before I could explain that I'd found a vehicle over the weekend and that Chris was just a little slow. Once he found out that I was no longer a potential customer - his entire mood changed. This is why car shopping sucks. I run my own business and understand customers' frustrations, and as an owner, you always do your best to assist them. Because they may not be a customer now, but they could be in the future. AND ITS ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS. *Chris was just slow (forgivable). The guy that answered the phone should have better re pour with customers. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone based on this experience with him. Professionally, management needs to better train their salespeople that answer the phone.
