Terrible customer service

I purchased a vehicle from the Gwinnett dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that it was inspected and in very good running condition. Within one week of purchase, we had to put in over $2,000 into the oil leak problems and a new water pump where the engine would actually shut down. I realize we bought the car "As is" BUT I also firmly believe in customer service and standing behind something you sell. We spoke to several individuals appeared to be concerned but when the rubber met the road and talked with the GM and/or part owner...absolutely no sympathy...NOTHING!! Their quote, "You bought a used car you have to expect problems". This was a 2007 BMW with under 100K mileage. I have a 2006 Toyota with over 120K mileage with NO problems. When I told the main person there that, his only comeback was, "That's a Japanese car, they are more reliable".

Outstanding and professional experience from start to finish. Exceptional and knowledgable sales experience. Ms Dallas is bright, efficient, and totally in tune with customer needs. No pressure sales, and amazing selection. The finance process and final paperwork was great. I would highly recommend this experience to any other buyers.

Great selection of Cars!

Had a great car buying experience. I told the salesperson I was coming by and he had the vehicle ready to go for the test drive. This was a very professional dealership.Everyone was nice and polite though the whole process.I have told several of my co-workers about my purchase and the great selection of vehicles they have.I will probably be back one day to buy another car.

Terrible Service!!

I went to this dealership Thursday evening 7/21/16 to look at a Jaguar XJ that I had seen online. The salesman Brian came out an greeted me and let me start the car up. He said we could not go on a test drive because they were about to close. We chatted and i told him i would come back the next day....which I did. I saw him and he walked out to the lot with me....then said that he had another customer and that he would refer me to someone else that could help me. I said ok. In about 7mns another guy Razi walks up and I tell him I was trying to narrow my search down to the Jaguar XJ, Mercedes CLS 550 and the BMW 750li. He said ok and that he would be right back with the keys to the Mercedes CLS 550....he never showed back up. When I walked in the showroom and asked about him, one of the other salesman said that he had left. i was then referred to a-n-o-t-h-e-r salesman ..think his name was Walter....meanwhile I see my original salesman Brian just casually walking around the store. I am thinking "What the heck is going on here??" my new salesman ask me a series of questions....do I have good credit...(yes).....do I have money to put down.....(yes)....am I ready to buy a car today.....(huh??? I am trying to make a decision!! I need to test drive these 3 cars first before I can decide if I am going to buy today....but I will probably need to think about it for a day or so.. I told him I am serious buyer and will be buying something in the next 4-7 days. I totaled out my Mercedes s550 and will be buying.The salesman continues to push me to make a decision today....WITHOUT even letting me test drive ANY cars. After several minutes of this I told him I was leaving!....and walked out. DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP the whole vibe felt bad. I went to the ALM in Buford and Rosa their was GREAT!! a breath of fresh air. The whole environment at the Buford store was different from the moment I drove on the lot. In Gwinnett.....go to the Buford ALM.....they can sell you cars from the Gwinnett store. don't go to the Gwinnett Store... you've been warned.

Beware

I was sold a truck that the oil pressure gauge was not reading. I informed the salesman (Nate Masresha) of this. He took it back to the service department and came back and told me the oil pressure was fine and came back and told me it was the sending unit that was bad. I asked him if the oil pressure was the problem what would they do. He said we have 20 million dollars worth of inventory and they would make it right that they didn't want to sell a car with a bad motor. I bought the truck, took it to the ford dealership to have it checked on and the motor was full of metal shavings. I called them back and found out that it is my problem now. Plus its going on 40 days and I still haven't received my tag information to purchase my tag. Now I'm making payments on a truck I cant drive. Thank you ALM

Great price and even Better Service

Nate is a nice, patient and good sales person. Helped me with car selection, even put some extra gas in a tank. Car price was great and financing fast and painless. Great experience, I completed all paperwork less then hour.

Do not buy from this dealer!!!

Slimy sales approach. Deceptive. Makes a deal then says car is already sold. Very unprofessional. Wasted our time. Stay away from Kalefa. He is a snake and a coward.

Very Helpful

Rosa Pool was great to work with. She was not pushy at all and very respectful and friendly and patient as I was here over half the day test driving various cars. Prices were very reasonable and aligned with NADA. All of the cars I test drover were clean and in great shape.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Justin was great!!!

I highly recommend this dealership. Justin Washington helped me through the entire process, and was extremely helpful and patient. I drove from the middle of Alabama to get the vehicle, and it was great experience. Justin even walked around the SUV on a video call with me so I could see the vehicle before I drove over! I asked him a billion questions, and he patiently and happily helped me. I will definitely buy from him again!!!

Excellent Customer Service

I went to purchase a Mercedes today and I dealt with Theo. Came into the dealership and no one scouted me or my husband out until a nice gentleman named Theo came and saw that we were being helped and took the initiative to care about out needs. He was pleasant, honest, and if he didn't know the answer he didn't "make things up" he would actually say I'm not sure about that, BUT I will go find out. I arrived at the dealership approximately 6:15pm and I was in the finance office completing my deal around 7:45pm... Drove away with an awesome clean low mile ride with a tank of gas!!! Thanks Theo for your impeccable service and your willingness to do what it takes to satisfy your customer!!!! Also the finance guy was great also!!!!
