After a tree fell on my car and was a total loss, I needed to find a replacement quickly. I specifically wanted a car just like the one that was smashed, a Toyota RAV4. I ended up getting a model that was 2 years newer and had half the miles as my other car. The price was right for my budget. This is a family owned business that has been around since the late 70s. I have always purchased vehicles from the big dealerships. I won't do that again. This was a wonderful experience where I did not feel like I was being strong armed to make the sale with a bunch of add ons I don't need or want. I plan to get the car serviced there too even though it's a farther trip than the big dealer. Why? Eric Huber told me we won't tell you to fix anything on your car that we wouldn't want fixed on our own car. And behind his desk is a beautiful credo for the business that won my heart. You'll have to go to see it. You won't be disappointed by this place!!

Several days later, we returned to purchase the vehicle. Eric greeted us with the same gracious hospitality, gave us a fair deal on our trade in, and completely explained the purchase process with us. I searched for the car I wanted for weeks, drove to a dealer almost three hundred miles away only to be disappointed ,, So I drove another 100 miles to Hubers ...should had done this first ! no only was every vehicle on the lot clean & I could tell being a real car person this was a place I had no problems dealing with.. Everyone there was just wonderful . I can promise nothing to hide straight forward awesome !

I just want to say Thanks again to Hubers auto for such a great car buying experience .I have been around cars since I was a little kid.i have built bought and sold or have been witness to well over a hundred auto transactions. I have also dealt with a lot of car dealers. Eric Huber and his team are second to none.I would drive the 4 hours again down from central Ny in a heartbeat to purchase another car from them in the future. Everyone was great to deal with and you can tell they all take pride In their work and more importantly they enjoy what they are doing and really care about their customers. Their shop is the most honest and caring shop anywhere. My wife was also thoroughly impressed by the shop,all the way from sales rentals and the auto mechanics. The trade in of my vehicle went very smoothly. I felt very confident and know they where very honest to deal with. Thanks so much once again. I bought my mini coop last year and love this car. Just had my son buy his first newer car here, they did a great job in the transaction. I have had my older vehicles serviced here and they have been very fair on price and honest about all the car issues. I would trust them for service and another vehicle for myself, my family and friends.

This is a follow up on my previous review .When Eric the owner found that one of his employees offered to pay half and that I was not happy he called me and expressed his unhappiness at having a dissatisfied customer. Eric stepped up and ordered a new cd player for my car which is quite possibly above and beyond what was necessary. thank you Eric
