They are so friendly and explain the things they do they also have a nice waiting facility. They always make is feel good about the work they have done to our vehicles. We always know it will fixed right!

Huber's Auto Group is a local Lancaster County dealership that offers service, car rentals and car sales. I have used all three services and only have positive things to say about them. Most recently, I needed to purchase a new car. While searching, I rented a car from Ryan Huber. Very easy transaction and very good pricing for rentals! Ryan is accommodating and very friendly. Regarding the car purchase, I worked closely with Eric Huber, and he did such a great job of educating me on VW's offerings! He listened carefully to what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in and he found the perfect car for me. I searched on the side with other dealerships, and by far, I feel Eric gave me the best deal. I am very happy with my new 2012 Passat SE. Also, Huber's is very selective about the cars they offer for sale. I believe there is a huge advantage in buying from someone who services cars as well as sells them because they have more information on which cars are historically problematic and they can steer you away from those or at least educate you on the possible pitfalls. I will be returning the Huber's when my Passat is due for service. I highly recommend this dealership. They are friendly, honest and don't play games like many other dealerships do.

We recently purchased a used VW Passat at Huber's Auto Group. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eric H and Eric R were extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about their product. We arrived late in the afternoon on a Saturday and they stayed well past closing time to make sure that we were completely satisifed and that all of our questions were sufficiently answered. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of our Passat. Huber's clearly takes a great deal of pride in providing outstanding sales and service. I would highly recommend Huber's for a truly "no hassle" experience from a great family business.

Was looking to trade in my GMC Sierra and get back into a car at a reasonable price. Eric and the team had the car I was always after, a Jetta Wolfsburg. I have bought two vehicles from Huber's. The staff are extremely helpful in answering questions. They are also very fair, always conducting themselves in a professional manner. We have, more to the point, been very satisfied with the vehciles we have purchased. I would happily use Huber's again.

I had heard great things about Hubers sales and service for years. I knew several people who had purchased cars from Huber, and others who were pleased with the auto service department. At Hubers, I purchased a great car with an extended warranty at a very fair price. In addition, I received a great deal on my trade-in. But even more importantly, I dealt with genuine, honest people who will back up the sale with competent service. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale; it wasn't necessary because the facts spoke volumes. For once, purchasing a car was an easy decision, made without the worry of being shortchanged. It is hard to find a company with integrity these days. I found one, and wanted to spread the news. My trade-in had a kayak rack. I wasn't sure if the rack would fit on the roof of the Subaru I purchased. Eric took the rack off my car and showed me it would fit (even though it was bitter cold and windy weather). Who bothers with that kind of customer service anymore? And he's the owner. He didn't ask a mechanic to come out to do it-he did it himself! In addition, after I purchased the car, they installed the rack on my "new" car. In over 35 years of purchasing cars, this is my first used car. I was afraid of what I would get when purchasing used. However, with an extended warranty, and an extremely competent service department, I feel very comfortable in my decision, and rather financially savvy, too! First time VW owner, so I had lots if questions about design and functionality of the VW Tiguan. Eric spent quite a bit of time with me explaining in detail all of my questions and concerns. At no time did I feel pressure to buy. It was the most laid-back car buying experience I have had yet. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 from Eric and Ryan Huber. We have been looking for a Gunmetal Blue Mazda 3 for some time. 2010 may have been the last year for that color? (Wife absolutely loves it) We almost bought a new one in 2010, but for one reason or another we didn. So 2 years later we find out Mazda doesn offer that color anymore. We do an internet search. Found a few, some with loads of miles, and some with loads of $$$. Then there was this one at Huber Auto Group Inc. We took a ride over to look at the car. Eric asked if we needed help. The car is absolutely beautiful and the price is right. Eric agreed to, and corrected a few very minor discrepancies prior to pickup. The whole experience (from the sale to the paperwork) was professional and honest. These guys are top notch. They have an inventory of well selected cars of high quality. I will return and buy a Mercedes from these guys one day :-). Thank you for your time and providing great customer service.
