not satisfied

purchased vehicle with 6 disc cd player in trunk, stupidly forgot to check its operation tried next day did not work, Huber offered to pay half repair cost I don't think this is fair, you be the judge

Great place to buy a car

8.5 years ago I bought an 03 GLI from Hubers; it now has 215K miles and still runs great thanks to the service Hubers has given me over those years! Eric knew I was looking to upgrade and called me once he found an 2013 GLI he thought I would like. It was exactly what I was looking for! Thanks to all the guys at Hubers! They are a great team to deal with :)

Great place to buy a car

Very Smooth Process

I randomly drove past Huber Auto one day and noticed a BMW 335d for sale. I was surprised at the price when I looked it up on their website...it was affordable!! The next day I went in to look at it. Eric Reedy was the salesman. He was great. Not pushy at all. He was also very knowledgable. I was able to get the vehicle and was so excited. The car was in excellent condition. I love the car and would definiltely go back to them in the future for another car...but I love this one so much I will be keeping it for awhile. The only minor issue is that there was not a second key for the car, but they were not provided with one when they obtained it. So it wasn't their fault. Great place to buy a car!

Anne's taste in cars is excellent! She did get a rare beauty! Thankfully we did end up getting an extra key for the car a couple days later and have forwarded it to her. Thank you for your patients Anne! With the newly installed emission parts we hope that the car runs great for many years. Enjoy!

Wonderful Experience

Just purchased my new car at Huber's Auto Group. Eric Huber and Jake Simpson were so very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. From the time I saw the car on the lot two weeks ago, through test drives and making my decision, they were there to answer all my questions. The buying process was easy and I was thrilled that Jake took the time to show all of the car features before we drove off of the lot, and even programmed my phone so I was ready to roll. At Huber's you get a feeling of honesty and integrity - and that is priceless. Thank you for making my car purchase a delight !

Professional, very knowledgeable, best vehicle

I wasn't expecting to find an exceptional used car in 1 day. I visited 5 dealers in Lancaster, 2 that we had purchased cars from previously. Friendly Service

When I unexpectedly needed to get a new car, I had very little time to find a new car. Huber's was able to make that process easy and simple. I was able to test drive the car I wanted and purchase it with very little hassle at an affordable price.

No Pressure Sales/Friendly Sales People

Huber's Auto Group gave us a fantastic deal! There was no pressure to purchase a car. We were very pleased with the sales representative. He was extremely helpful and courteous and wanted to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. We would definitely recommend them to others!

Great group of people to work with.

They have serviced my 2001 Audi for years and have always done great work and explained things to me. I recently lost the car in the massive hail storm on May 22nd that hit Berks county. Although I would have liked another Audi I am not in good financial shape to take on a large car payment. From the minute I called them they were able to help me. I think I got the last rental available in the area. Ryan Huber worked with me on the insurance as well as helped me with the knowledge of what my car should have been worth so that I was better informed when talking with the adjuster and insurance company. After getting a reasonable settlement, Ryan and Eric helped me find a car. I wasn't sure I would be approved for a loan and they helped there too. I had looked at their website and noticed they had a 2009 VW Bug on the lot at a good price. They made everything very easy as it was a tough transition for me. As a result I now have wheels again and even though my Audi has morphed into a "Bug" which I've named Herbie (what else), I am very pleased. I don't think another dealership would have gone to the trouble and effort they did. They even found an owners manual that Ryan delivered to my home. I can't say enough about these people.
