Body shop
I had truck repaired there stay in the shop about five months and it was not right when it was picked up. I purchase a LaCrosse brand 2014 but now I would never purchase anything from these people now. Terrible Terrible Terrible people. I walk in on these people talking about me. If I was a white I would have been treated better . That body shop sorry

Just purchased a used GMC Canyon truck from Leo Flores at Hall GMC/Buick in Tyler. Leo is really a professional and the whole experience was excellent! Buying vehicles can be stressful but not if you can find the right dealership and staff. I will definitely work with the Hall GMC team again when needed and I sincerely recommend those in the market to stop in to see them. GJ

Hall Has It All....
Air conditioner wasn't plowing cold air. Call Service Dept. made appointment within few days. Took car to appointment, told service dept issue with a/c and needed inspected and husband told me brake light out when we arrived, so also mentioned that as well. Service told me that they would call once inspection of auto was done when done. Got call that afternoon and explained exactly the problems with auto. They gave me a dollar ballpark figure to service the issue. Explained may take couple days to get all parts needed. Serviceman was texting to let me know status of process through out days. Went to pick up and it had been washed and explained invoice and now a/c working and other issues were fixed and feels like a new ride. Courtesy and professional service department. Can't say enough good about this Dealership! Keep up the good work.

Had a great experience dealing with Hall Buick ,Jeogre the salesman’s was great drive over from bossier city la and wasn’t there long at all thanks a ton would recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn’t like going to car dealerships

Collision center
Will not ever recommended Buick Halls collision center.. Got my encore out.. Put back in several times they left unplugged my sensors and lock undone.. Buffed s BIG buff mark on the back panel. Broke my gas cap. Side fender flare black moldings popping out. Front bumper not set right it's popping out. Defective light assembly BROKE MY MOON ROOF!!. BUBBLES IN PAINT. Paint has runs in it he front hood. Headliner has grease stains and coming undone.. Etc.. Had to go to different auto center and problems of Buick collision center damage., around 3,000 needs repairing.. Will not recommend them!!
