I am extremely disappointed in my last 2 visits to resolve an issue with my steering wheel. Someone is not listening, or someone isn’t understanding what I am referring to, but if you look at at what I am explaining, it is plain as sight. I also referenced in my very first visit when I made my online appointment, to attend to the box above my review mirror. The box is vibrating! This the service dept. not sales!

Weston was my salesman and Eric was the finance individual I bought the warranty through. Both of those individuals did an excellent job and made an experience I was dreading very pain free and even enjoyable. The help and professionalism went well beyond my expectations from both of these individuals. My next vehicle will certainly be with their help!!

I was very impressed by the service I received when I came to pick up my Sierra. I am from out of town and I got there after 6 PM thinking the service department was open until 7 pm. A sales agent noticed me and was able to help me close out the ticket and get my keys and I was able to pick up my truck!! That was above and beyond! Thank you Hall GMC!

Went in today with a specific preowned truck in mind that I had found online and verified was there. As soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I had to wait. A gentleman came by, asked if I was waiting for him, I gave him another name, so he just walked by. The receptionist finally came back from lunch and was able to page the salesman I had an appointment with. The ol' bait and switch tactics started almost immediately. He walked me out to show me the truck. It was the wrong truck. Again, I had already been in contact with the dealership about the specific vehicle I wanted. The salesman went back to get the right keys and showed me the right truck. He tried his best to explain the features, but had to rely on the window sticker and mostly "acted" like he knew what he was talking about. Again, I had scheduled an appointment with a specific salesman for a specific truck. I had already done plenty of my own research, so I knew exactly what I was getting. When we made it to the office to talk numbers, I reminded them (as I had when I called) that I was already pre-approved for my own financing. The ol' bait and switch continues. I was was first asked about a down payment. I didn't need to do that because, again, I had my own funding. The first price presented on paper looked too good to be true. It included a down payment. I didn't need it. And reminded them I didn't need their financing. So, I politely added the seven thousand dollar down payment they factored in for me and asked the salesman to go back and get it drawn up accordingly. He came back. Oops! There had been a "mistake". He thought we were doing business on the "other" truck that I had never asked anything about. So, once we got to the right truck on paper, it STILL included numbers that factored in a $7,000 down payment. All they were trying to do was shove paper in my face and talk too fast for me to realize what I was signing. Again, I had my own funding, so they couldn't pad the interest rate, they weren't going to sell me an extended warranty or GAP insurance or any other product they use to maximize their profits. As a side note, the CARFAX report indicated the motor had been replaced just after 8,500 miles. YES! THE MOTOR! Guess what... they couldn't answer my questions about this either. The dealership that replaced the motor could not answer questions or show me paperwork on the motor being replaced by their dealership. I was told "motors get replaced all the time". Really? Needless to say, they couldn't maximize their profits, they couldn't answer any of my questions, and they couldn't trick me into signing off on the wrong vehicle, so they were happy to see me leave. BTW: the truck in question is a 2025 Sierra 1500 Elevation with the 3.0 diesel engine with just about 9,000 miles. Do your research. Carfax reports a replaced engine and other parts. The dealership never denied it, but definitely couldn't explain it. Deceptive practices from the minute I stepped on the lot. Buyer beware.
