We were looking for a Ford Edge and found the perfect used one at this location. My fiance was instantly in love with the vehicle. The sales person was easy to talk to but there was slight pressure to purchase the vehicle. The finance department was helpful in going over the details of the contract on the day of the purchase and the following days. The blemish in our experience was a matter of trust with the dealership. We traded in our vehicle as part of the purchase and since it was late, we were going to go back the next day to retrieve our items. When we went back the next day, the car was obviously searched through and my sunglasses were missing. I informed the sales person of the missing glasses but they could not account for the items or answer why the car was searched. They did provide us a $50 gift card to a restaurant as a apology but that was besides the point. I trusted the dealer and sales person in the purchase of the vehicle but that trust was lost. I'm appreciative for the vehicle we purchased with them.
