I recently purchased a Golf and I am very happy with my new car. The staff at Ancira Volkswagen was very helpful and my salesman Alexander Lee was always available to answer any questions I had. I never felt like I was not a priority. The overall experience of buying a car was not as stressful as I thought it would be. Thank you!

I went to look at Passat TDI's and was treated with excellent service by Marc my sales person. He was knowledgable and personable. He listened to my needs and my financial goal, and did an excellent job getting within my plan. There was no reason to go elsewhere. He gave me sound confidence that this was the deal for me. I would gladly buy again from the dealer and Marc!

I had been considering a new car for a few months, and after much research, I settled on a Passat. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted the Diesel, or the Regular gasoline engine, but Joe (Who you should ask for, by the way!), was able to clearly explain the advantages and disadvantages to each. I ended up going with the Diesel Version! I had initially gone in thinking I wanted the SEL with all the fancy upgrades that it would offer, but Joe is a Practical man, and showed me what was offered in the SE model, versus the SEL. He made some great points, and talked me into the 2015 Passat SE TDI. Drove in with my old vehicle, and drove out with a new one several hours later. Thanks Joe!

Friday, Looking for a certain exterior/interior color combination Google directed me to Ancira VW in San Antonio and I looked at all the info and decided to give them a call and check availability and trade in offers. I was directed to Tanya Lozano who answered all my questions and offered me exactly what I expected for my trade in. Since the dealership was only about a 3 hour drive from where I live my wife and I made a day trip and were pleased to find out we could do it on Sunday instead of waiting until Monday or a weekday. When we arrived our car choice was waiting for us at the front door and after a brief inspection we closed the deal and. Tanya was very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to deal with. No games at this dealership, she handled the transaction from start to finish and with only a brief stop at the finance center to pay for the vehicle we headed home. I plan to visit them a few years from now when I am ready to purchase another car.

I am a creature of habit but only return to my haunts if the experience is exemplary. Chris Brown just sold me a car for the 3rd time and my first brand new car ever. I hate the stress and process of car buying, Chris makes it pretty painless and quick. I find the team at ancira vw really plays to their strengths well and are great at working with one another. Everything from being greeted, to the trade in folks, finance, make ready, and service are wonderful. I could go on but the bottom line is that the ancira team makes this important purchase(s) in my life easy and has continued to be there after the sale. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle these guys are worth the time.

We just purchased a 2015 Passat TDI SEL from Chris Brown at Ancira and boy we are very pleased. Car buying is never something I've enjoyed but Chris made the process so easy and professional. He was recommended by a family member and now I know why. He is very personable and easy to talk to (not your typical car salesman). He knows what he's talking about and his wife actually drives a VW so that says a lot for me. Chris believes in the VW culture. I would definitely refer him and the Ancira family to all of my friends/family.

The experience of buying a truck (2012 F-250) from Ancira Volkswagen was truly first class. Lee Garcia was the salesman that helped me out and as a first time car buyer made things extremely simple. Even after I bought the car Lee took the time to call me and asked how I liked it and if there was anything else he could do. I have purchased several cars, and this is the first time that I have felt that the experience was good enough to write a review about. My wife and I went in unsure of what we wanted, and asked to test drive several different vehicles. Marc Petersen was our salesperson and was very helpful and patient as my wife and I made our decision. Once we decided on a vehicle, Mike Rosas worked with us with financing. He was without a doubt one of the best finance personnel we've ever dealt with. We were pleased with how much Marc and Mike cared about the questions we asked. They were never pushy about buying anything we didn't want. They got us into the car we wanted, explained everything and gave us a good deal.
