I have been doing research for over a year looking into the right car for me. I have found great cars at numerous other dealerships but was so put off by the salesman that I simply did not want to purchase a vehicle from them. Working with Garrett from Lancaster Car Co. was by far the best experience I have had in dealing with a car salesman. He was easy going, friendly, and straight to the point. There was no hassle or headache involved in working with him and he offerred us the best deal up front....no back and forth! He gave us time to think about our purchase without any pressure. I went home to do some research and he gave me a great price on my trade in and the car I wanted to purchase. I could not find a better deal anywhere else. Garrett understood that buying a car is a major purchase and did not want to add any stress to the process. If you want the best price, no pressure salesman, and a very positive experience....I would highly recommend that you purchase your vehicle from Lancaster Car Company!

Highly recommended! Very professional and very easy to work with. My family and I commuted two hours and had a change of heart of the selected car after arriving. Lancaster Car Company provided us with better option (upgrade) and worked with us to meet our budget. Their preferred credit union were also able to provide us with a better interest rate than our bank could on a used vehicle. Great experience!

I recently brought a 2008 BMW 328xi from Lancaster Car Company and this has not been my first time in purchasing a car from them about a year and half I brought a 2006 BMW 325xi from Richie. Both the times I have been at this dealer I have been very satisfied with their service. I have gotten both my cars at a good price. They are very clean and well taken care of. I will defiantly keep them in mind when I want to buy another car. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

This was the first used car that I had purchased in over 13 years. I saw the add in Cars. com and decided to see what the actual car looked like. After searching for over 6 months and visiting other dealerships, as well as, individual buyers, I was not expecting much. Most people exagerate their car's condition. I was getting very discouraged with the whole process. What a relief when I found the car was as advertised. After driving the vehicle and enjoyable conversation, I was sold. When I asked what was the bottom line, I got a straight answer and the right price. SOLD. The biggest surprise came when I was told that all they needed was a hand shake to honor the sale. Who does that these days ? I was one happy camper. This was a Thursday evening. I asked if I can pick it up Saturday morning. No problem. It was all cleaned up and ready to go when I got there. They accepted a personal check for the purchase. Another shocker. All the paperwork took about 20 min. and I was on my way with a full tank of gas to boot. If you are looking for a good deal and buying a car like the good old days, this is the place. I was very at ease and happy with my purchase. Kevin was only at the dealership a short time and even he was amazed the way they do business having worked for a large dealership. I am sure I will be back when I am looking again.

I recently bought a car from Ritchie. it was an excellent car buying experience. Only place in town i could find the exact car i wanted with low miles and well taken care of. Car was exactly as it was described. i recommend anyone looking for a great car at a good price should go see ritchie.

Lancaster Car Co is a great place to buy a car! Usually I am not too keen on the car buying experience and this time was no different. Ironically though, this time it was due to the lender. I worked with Kevin May from the time that I pulled up to the lot to the day I left with the car I purchased. Through the test drive to the paperwork, Kevin was great to work with. He and I were continuously in touch with the lender to make sure all of the necessary paperwork was completed as an out of state purchaser. As I mentioned, the only difficulty came from the lender during the process. Even down to the day I was supposed to pick up the car, the lender provided road blocks, until Kevin talked to Richie who provided the final piece of the puzzle to help me complete the process. Even Patty the secretary was good natured as I sat in the office waiting for things to be completed. Overall, the best experience for a car that I really desired. The lot was filled with beautiful cars. It was worth the effort to travel from Maryland to PA to complete the transaction. Great job guys! Highly recommended.

I've purchased many cars and many luxury brands, this was by far the easiest and smoothest purchase i have ever made. the vehicle was exactly as described. My trade was given fair value, we agreed on price over the phone ..I drove 3 1/2 hrs and everything went as planned. down to earth dealership...low overhead...great prices....friendly...Ritchie and crew are great! I will for sure go back and spread the word!!

Just picked up a like new C63 this past Saturday. I drove all the way from Chicago, and I would do it again. The car was exactly as described, and Ritchie couldn't have been better to work with. The pricing was great, and he held the car for two weeks until I was able to make the trip out. One of the original keys was lost and Ritchie didn't hesitate to offer to pay for the replacement. I would absolutely work with him and his company again.

After visiting several local dealers, I found a car on cars.com. I contacted the dealer and spoke with Ritchie. What a breath of fresh air, helpful and very honest. I drove an hour and a half to look at the car and it was exactly as described over the phone. I looked at several of their cars and they all appeared to be very clean and well maintained. Richie made the transaction very easy and helped with all the paper work, as I was an out of state buyer. I highly recommend this dealer and would definitely purchase another car from them. This is the best dealership I have ever worked with.
