I searched York, Harrisburg and Lancaster for the right car. I was actually laughed at by a BMW dealership for even asking about a manual transmission, then I found Kevin May at the Lancaster Car Co. He was polite, personable, and willing to work for your business. I couldn't be happier with the car I finally purchased, and when I went to pick it up at the end of the week (yes, they held it for me on a handshake) Kevin noticed the windows had a few streaks and personally cleaned them before I left. You just don't get service like that anymore, and it certainly makes a difference! My husband bought his car from Lancaster Car Company a few years back so this year I went there for my new car. They have really nice pre-owned cars and they don't show much wear at all. I'm really happy with the car I got and the folks at this dealership are so nice. Its a relaxed place to look around and buy a car. There is a tag and title place right there so you can get all of your tag and title work done in one place. We took a look at the web site first and the pictures were exactly what we saw in person. I'm sure everybody is great but we worked with Ritchie both times. He is wonderful!

I bought a 2008 Mazda3 from Ritchie recently. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and it was great especially after coming right from looking at a car at a dealer where I had the worst experience. They don't play any games like other dealers. They are honest, straightforward, give good value on trade-ins, and have good prices. I drove 2 and a half hours to buy the car and I didn't mind it at all. I will do it again to buy a car from these guys. I recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed buying a car here!

Being a single mother after getting hit in my car And needing something new I felt lost ! This dealership didn't treat me like a number or a sale they treated me like family! It was an enjoyable experience and believe it or not a very simple process . From finding something that I really wanted to the financing I was taken care of every step of the way! Kevin May was very helpful and I would recommend him to everyone. I've had my truck for about 2 months and it runs great! Was very clean when I got it and well taken care of. Even 2 months later I had a question and it was answered right away. Great customer service! Overall outstanding !
